It was a comfortable stay, simple but clean room. Your privacy is given and you have your silent. AC working good and bath was clean. Its a good alternative to hotels or to escape from the city to dessert.

Sultan and Amine were wonderful hosts. I had absolutely no issues they out the stay. whenever I asked for some help they both were available and would reply asap. that helps a lot as I didn't have to be stuck with any of my doubts. the place was super clean and it was cozy for a short stay. thanks so very much for ur hospitality

Could not recommend this apartment/ complex enough! The interior was homely and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. There was juice and snacks on arrival for us which was a lovely touch! Not to mention the apartment is spotless. The complex itself had its own community which we loved the feel of. Our first day we never even left we enjoyed so much. There’s a shop and restaurant on your door step which gave the perfect balance of self catering and treating ourselves. The location as a whole is perfect, you can see Ferrari world straight from your balcony. Taxis were easy to find in the complex and cheap considering most attractions are close by. The pool was definitely my favourite spot. So relaxing and quiet considering the size of the complex! I spent most mornings here enjoying the heat. We loved it so much we would honestly move and will definitely be back.

Benjamins house is great for anyone visiting the Yas Island. Very close to the Yas mall and all the parks. Beautifully maintained house and a great experience overall.

very nice apartment for 4 people. could have done with a hoover or a proper full sweeping brush and pan location for us was excellent as our daughter lives very close. we asked for certain items that were promptly delivered

The communication between Marie was excellent from start to finish. The check in and out process was easy and the apartment was as described and clean. The views from the apartment were great and it was in a good location.

We rented Eric’s unit for two family members who were in town visiting us. We had prompt and helpful communications from Eric before and during our stay. The unit is as described, safe, very comfortable, clean, and nice amenities such as gym and pool. The unit is adjacent from the NYU Abu Dhabi campus, on Saadiyat Island. There are a few restaurants, coffee shops, corner store within walking distance. A 7-10 min drive/taxi to beaches (Mamsha, Kai, or Saadiyat Beach Club), dining options at St Regis, Park Hyatt, Mamsha, Jumeriah, Rotana, Rixos and a little further away at Galleria Mall even more dining/shopping. The Saadiyat Cultural District is also 5-10min where you will find the Louvre, Abrahamic Family House and soon to open Guggenheim, teamLAB, Zayed National Museum and National History Museum. A 25min drive to/from the airport, 20min to Yas Island amusement parks and 25 to Mosque/Pres. Palace. Over all a great unit, great location at a great price!

At night, there was a slight noise from the air conditioning system, which was a bit disturbing for sleep, but not critical. There’s also a very comfortable folding armchair by the TV. It can get quite cold at night in January, so don’t forget to bring warm clothing. During the day, there is noticeable noise from airplanes flying overhead, but they don’t fly at night, so it didn’t disturb our sleep. We would definitely stay here again next time.
