Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Akçay

It has a very large garden where you can have a good time, what we needed in the kitchen, there was a barbecue charcoal and samovar outside, it was pleasant to sit in the garden with the samovar tea in the evening.

We were very happy with our stay. It was a very nice restored village house. The house was very peaceful. The terrace on the top floor is really as beautiful as in the pictures. The sunrise and sunset view was great. The number of beds is enough for 4 people. It was well cleaned. There is wood from the outside for the fireplace. There is also a smart TV feature with Netflix and Amazon prime. It was enjoyable to watch movies close to sunset. Thanks to Ms. Çağla, she helped us with all kinds of things. Highly recommend.

We stayed at Ms. Gülay's house for 1 week. We opted for September for a peaceful holiday. The location of the house was great and close to everything. Since it was our first time in Ayvalık, we had a hard time finding the house, but the host personally found us and walked us to the house. He was friendly and polite. When we needed help, she provided quick solutions and solved our problem. Although the house is normally for 2-3 people, we stayed 4 with the permission of the host. The house was large enough. You can have a barbecue in the backyard and have nice dinners. Since there are stone walls in the garden, we preferred to wash the garden and spend time there in the evenings to cool off. In addition, there is a kitten who comes to the backyard, we named it Koruk, a very mischievous and cute, I hope it gets along well with the next guests. My only criticism of the house is that if you go in the middle of summer, the fan upstairs may not be enough. It was enough for September. We had a wonderful week. Thanks to the host ❣️

Fantastic, fantastic, fantastic!! One of the best places we've ever stayed in, not just in Turkey but ever with Airbnb. Ban renovated the house with wonderful taste. It is right next to the mosque and parking was relatively easy on the street. It was lovely to have the outside space for breakfast plus the BBQ for the evening meals. The location is right on the edge of the pedestrian area of the town. Communication with Banu was easy and friendly and she speaks fabulous English. Highly recommend this place.

This stay experience was way beyond my expectations! The house was both clean and incredibly comfortable. The decor details create a great ambiance and everything was prepared with the needs in mind. It was a very pleasant short vacation with a group of 8 friends. There were peaceful times on the terrace under the stars and in the cute courtyard. From the first moment, Mr. Emre made it very easy with quick and accurate information. On top of that, a little guide to the area… We will definitely visit again.

We were very well accommodated. We were never disturbed. We had our vacation as if we were in our own home. Everything was very nice.

We are very, very satisfied. Amazing there is a terrace view and the terrace is very suitable for enjoying and eating your breakfast/dinner. The bedrooms, kitchen, toilet were spotless, everyone had a very comfortable holiday. Ms. Biret made local recommendations and took care of us during our stay. The kitchen has all the utensils and you can cook your own meals. We stayed for 4 nights, but there is also a 1-month summer vacation in such a comfortable and complete house. There is a sweet village coffee in the square of the village, where women can also sit, and the surrounding villages are also very nice. Coming by car is a must, of course. We stayed 4 women, so there may be a few more mirrors in the rooms to use while preparing. The house is fully rated from us and I recommend it to those who think, love :)

Beautiful home in a cozy and calm area near the sea. It is also easily accessible 10-15minutes from the center. We also had no problems communicating with the host. So we had a very nice vacation.

It's a pity that there's no wifi. If you come by car far from the garlic center and grocery stores, no problem. It was a comfortable home for large families. It might have been nice to have air conditioning on the upper floors. There was no contracted beach, we had to pay an extract fee.

We were amazed by the Village of Rocks. The location of the house was great for a stay in the village. Steps away from the village square, Grocery store, courtyard 124, Ekmekçi Abla. Everything in the house was very clean, we had a very peaceful holiday. During our stay, Mr. Ozan and his mother were very interested. A very pleasant house that you can safely choose.

Wonderful stay for my family. Deniz speaks English perfectly, provided tons of recommendations, and walked us through the house to show us all the amenities. The house is stunning, clean, and spacious. The house is right on the water and the water is crystal clear and swimmable. There is also an outside shower. The property is also pet friendly! A wonderful retreat from busy Istanbul. Highly recommend.

We had a very nice holiday for 6 people +1 baby for 5 nights. As it appears in the photos of the house, all the needs that may be are very thought out, there is air conditioning and a bathroom on each floor/room, the general cleaning of the house is very good, we used the linens and towels with peace of mind, we did not have any problems. The fact that the house has its own beach and the possibility of sun loungers was a great advantage, since we stayed in September, the beach was very calm and pleasant. We even used the bikes in the photos:) Mr. Harun gave detailed information about the house and places to go on the first day, and he was very helpful with everything until the last day, thank you very much to him and his family. Hope to stay again as a family.

Everyone who lives on the site is extremely warm and cozy, so there is a very decent environment where you can have a neighboring relationship that is longing for you. The pool is not looking for the sea because the pool is made of sea water, and the pool is quite big and there are enough neighborhoods and seasons around it.
