The apartment was found to be clean & tidy upon arrival. Within walking distance to the CBD. Highly recommend it to anyone who wants to be close to the CBD.

This was a great place to stay in Christchurch travelling with a baby. The house is a new townhouses, comfortable and was in a great neighborhood, close to central Christchurch but felt quiet and peaceful. very close to a large supermarket and a coffee shop a 1 min walk away.

Beautiful location with a park and trails right out the door, with easy access to beaches and town.

The place was beautiful and the surroundings were peaceful. we stayed for 2 nights and we could just easily walked to the botanic garden whenever we wanted. Perfect location!!

We had a great stay! The apartment is quite spacious and very comfortable. We really appreciated the well setup kitchen for cooking our own meals. Beautiful view from the lovely backyard.

This is a really nice apartment. Well located within walking distance of everything, and 15min walk to town. The beds are really large, but a bit hard, and everything is new and clean. Would certainly stay here again.

We were only there for one night but it met our needs! Comfortable for our group of 2 couples. Nice location and we appreciated the garage to park. Would return if in the area!

We throughly enjoyed our stay at Richard’s place. Such a new modern place with quality appliances and fixtures. Easy access to all things in Christchurch area if you have a car. Quiet area, across road from Beach was a bonus. Well done on an awesome place to stay in Christchurch. Richard was very good in quick responses in communication and clear instructions as well. Lovely place to stay with the family, we really enjoyed it! Nice and close to the esplanade and beach for the kids. Good amenity’s in the house everything you need for a short & long stay

Anne-Marie and Russel were so welcoming and helpful. The apartment was just as described, quiet and comfortable, with easy access and private parking. Anne-Marie had thought of all the things which one would need whilst travelling, which was very helpful. Five stars is insufficient - we would give it ten if we could!

The property was exactly as advertised and fitted our requirements perfectly. Small but ideal for two, with all the facilities we needed. If you are looking for a property within walking distance of the CBD, and all its amenities, this will fit the bill. Communication from, and with Carebnb, was both responsive and proactive.

Hugo’s place is a beautiful retreat perfect for nature lovers. Close to parks and shops and convenient for getting to and from other parts of the city. Hugo was responsive and helpful and made us feel welcome. Thank you!

Leading Light is absolutely amazing place. Mornings sitting outside on the stoop w coffee or tea, watching the sun rise and listening to mother nature was incredible. Surroundings are beautiful and the nights sky mesmerizing. Our stay was very comfortable, thank you Bernard!

Location is great and exceeded our expectations - cosy and private, located in a very nice neighbourhood yet close to CBD and with Port Hills just around the corner. Gregor's place had fantastic views over Lyttleton port. The bubbly on arrival and crumptes supplied for breakfast were a saviour after dealing with flight delays on the way in!
