Vacation rentals in Akaroa

We enjoyed a great 4 nights at the property. The location was perfect to access Freycinet park, everything was clean and plenty of space. Emily was a great and friendly host.

We travelled from NSW to have a week with family from Tassie and Amara’s house was highly suitable for our 8 adults. It was big enough to share time together or escape one another. It’s located in a beautiful part of Australia so much so, our family wants to keep it a secret. The house was well lived in with all the amenities we needed to be very comfortable. The kitchen (and pantry) came stocked with many essentials and cookware, which made it very easy for us to prepare for a Christmas lunch. Thank you, this was fantastic!! We all loved sitting together in the lounge room or on the verandah and taking in all the natural beauty this place has to offer. Amara was always quick to respond to our questions and needs. Additionally, there are plenty of things to do in the local area if you love the great outdoors. I have used Airbnb for over 6 years frequently, and Amara’s place I would rate in my top 5 for comfort, amenities, space and location if you want a quiet private place to get away

Magnificent help in the spot where we ultimately got engaged. An absolute must if you have the time and the money to do so. Private, surrounded by wallabies, cockatoos, amazing nature and views. The little things makes this spot what it is. Quality of the coffee machine, pristine bathrooms, the sauna alongside the hot tub. Helped not stop- gave amazing recommendations and felt really special start to finish. A place you won’t forget.

If you want to "reset" this is the place. We totally wished we had more time, the host was extremely responsive and a great person.

The views from this house on the hill are stunning! Perfect location slightly out of the main strip so super quiet and peaceful but still easy to get into town within minutes for a meal. Accommodation as pictured, very clean, comfortable beds. Would happily stay here again when passing through Bicheno!

Thank you for a wonderful weekend. We're looking for private picturesque place to spend some time when the opportunity arose at short notice. Price was an absolute bargain considering the amenities provided within the estate, the views and the proximity and access to the beach. Erica was very quick to respond to the booking request and very helpful answering few extra questions I had given it was my first time using AirBnB. Check-in and check-out instructions provided were clear and precise. Cabin was clean and tidy with all necessities provided. Thanks again and will happily recommend or stay again in the future.

Jan was an extremely helpful host went above and beyond, property and house was in an immaculate condition and well kept. Beautiful views of bay of fires and a comfy king size bed! Would highly recommend.
