The house is very nice gives you the feeling of tranquility when you arrive it is very luxurious and the visit is incredible The pool area that is the top floor is very comfortable and nice You can spend the whole day without going down for anything So nice and comfortable

We liked the accommodation of the house, the only thing that if the stairs are dangerous for children and adults, the house is very clean, the beds are very good to rest, we had a very pleasant time with the family if we would return and the care of the host and her husband are always very attentive and friendly for everything.

Diego’s house is an oasis of tranquility where every detail has been thought through. It’s an architectural delight, with every amenity imaginable including your very own cinema auditorium with gigantic leather armchairs you sink into. The bedrooms are yummy and cozy. The oversized art on the walls is playful and beautiful, all the sofas are extremely comfortable and make you feel that you are in a home away from home. Furthermore Maria Elena the house keeper works tirelessly to ensure the house is spotless without you ever noticing her there. She even waited for us until 1100 pm because of the very late arrival of our plane. It’s a dreamy peaceful retreat from the traffic and hustle and bustle of Guadalajara, and the perfect place to relax in Lake Chapala…..a home away from home!

What a great space! The roof deck / patio was a wonderful place to have a breakfast cocktail and an evening cocktail, and the hammock in the back yard was so lovely and relaxing! It was unfortunate that the pool was having maintenance, but Diego took such good care of us that it didn't even matter! The location is great - easy access to everywhere in Ajijic, and the 24/7 security at the gate/entrance is nice, too! We'd be happy to come back to stay here again and will recommend it to friends!

We enjoyed our one week stay. The location is great, easily walkable to centro. The kitchen is well equiped and the water pressure is strong. The outdoor space is nice and we appreciated having a washer and dryer. Our first night we didn't have a way to turn on the AC the remote was missing, the property manager returned it the next day, but you may want to look for it when you check in. As others mentioned the mattress is extra firm and the sheets are synthetic and cheap feeling. Internet was out for one day and very slow another but he gave us the password to the neighbors wifi. Overall good stay.

Martín was always attentive, very friendly, responded very quickly to messages giving us instructions and recommendations for the area, we were very relaxed and comfortable in his accommodation

This is the third time I've stayed at this location. Regina and her brother and father are all great and very accommodating and nice. The location works very well for me and it's also one of the only places I've found in Ajijic with a soft bed! My only complaint is that the hot water is very unreliable, especially in the shower. Also the water flow itself in the shower gets bigger and smaller seemingly for no reason. Maybe I'm just not doing something right, but I haven't figured out how to make it work consistently. I've adapted though, and look forward to staying at this casita.

We were very comfortable at Daniela's house! There was always someone available to assist us and provide us with what we needed. The house is impeccable, very comfortable, clean and well maintained. The well-pruned and cared-for gardens and the heated pool. We had a great weekend!

You couldn't ask for a better host than Juan. This is a huge home for a large family or two couples with all the necessities. If you enjoy pickleball, it's half a block away! Everything is virtually within a 10-20 min walk - so no car is necessary unless you want to explore further. With the perfect weather we spent most of our waking hours on the patio and couldn't have asked for a more relaxing environment, apart from the music from the hotel on the lake on weekends - though probably not an issue for most who don't go to bed at 9 😉 My wife and I spent 2 months here, and we're still trying to figure how the time went by so quickly. You will not regret choosing this wonderful home to explore the uniqueness that Ajijic offers, and that is from a couple that have traveled extensively around the world.

The house is beautiful, the photos don't do it justice, my family fell in love with the place as soon as we entered, Miss Lolis was very kind and accessible, the house is completely worth it, due to the location I recommend bringing mosquito repellent. Determined to return soon ✨

It's a beautiful stay! It was perfect for our group of friends. Everyone felt comfortable and had a great time. Do not underestimate the convenience of having service staff: they provide delivery, clean the house, and even cook for you, I mean wow, it's so helpful and it's included, but gratuity is appreciated. This is a location where you need reliable transportation to get down to the town and near the lake: Malecón for restaurants and shopping. The views at night are stunning and the pool is very well maintained. Overall, we had a great experience and wish to come back soon. Although, the view my change, the next door neighbors are building an ass big wall next to the deck and it might ruin the view.

The house is beautiful and full of unique artwork. The whole house is very private. Our family loved the pool and the rooftop deck; the views are gorgeous. Cassandra is a responsive and helpful host.

We thoroughly enjoyed a long stay in this beautiful home. Emanuel and Cynthia were very kind and generous and attentive - we even extended our stay for a few more days! This is a charming and elegant home and it is filled with beautiful jungle flowers in the spring. Highly recommended especially for families and couples traveling through the Lake Chapala region.

The hosts are very friendly and helpful, the house has hot water in the shower, the kitchen is equipped, and all the rooms have a fan.

This is a very comfortable home within a beautiful, peaceful setting. We enjoyed the walk into the center of Ajijic and there are enough amenities in the immediate area that you don't have to wander far to go to a great restaurant or grab some simple groceries. The Tuesday organic market is a five minute walk and well worth a visit. Casa Linda restaurant is just down the street and is excellent.

Outstanding experience! The hosts and management team went above and beyond to ensure our experience was outstanding.

It's just as advertised, it's a very comfortable place, very clean, the attention was immediate. The only thing was that it is next to the road and you get to hear a lot of noise from time to time, the stove has trick to start, but the facilities are very nice, equipped and clean.
