We want to share Yosemite, Bass Lake and our wonderful Mountains with you and your family and friends. Experience the great outdoors indoors in this rural bungalow, as seasoned leather and wood notes combine with mountain-themed decor. Outside, valley and High Sierra views stretch to the horizon. Sit quietly by the fire pit for a chance to spot deer. You feel as if your all alone and have private surroundings, yet so close to everything you may need. The house is open and inviting. Outside has an amazing fire pit with beautiful views with deer families traveling through the property often. It is a peaceful home and location yet so close to many incredible places to visit like Yosemite National Park. You have access to the whole house - garage excluded. Nestled among the trees, this home is close to the town of Oakhurst, where there are plenty of stores and places to eat. The home is a short drive from the entrance of Yosemite National Park. The home is very private. You cannot see neighboring homes. Public transportation is available to Fresno and to Madera from Oakhurst but not really in town. There is a company that will take you to Yosemite for an additional charge. New propane bottles are in the fire pit and bbq for your use. If they run out there will be a fee to fill them up again, $25 per bottle - please notify us if you do need a refill.

We used this AirBnB as our home base for a bachelorette party weekend in Yosemite. It was the perfect comfortable, homey place to wind down after a long day of hiking! We enjoyed all of the amenities, and Cindy was a great host - super responsive and helpful with tons of recommendations and tips to make our trip the best it could be. We would definitely stay here again for future Yosemite adventures!

This home is an ideal place to book. Pimmy and Jason have done an amazing job with every detail in the residence. Amazingly clean and organized and comfortable. Jason was very proactive in communicating and their attention to detail left my family with all smiles after our visit. My boyfriend and I had a great time and enjoyed our stay at Monica’s airstream on our way to Yosemite. The airstream was amazing, everything was perfect, clean, and perfectly organized. The bed was perfectly clean, with all white crispy and fresh bedding and the bathroom was squeaky clean. It was such a treat to be able to hike on the private trails and enjoyed the nature and the beautiful Scottish Highland Cows grazing on the mountains and pastures. We grilled steaks and had a glass of wine on the outdoor patio with the string lights, making it very peaceful and romantic. The kitchen and BBQ were equipped with all what was needed. Monica was an amazing host and the communication was excellent, she sent proactive messaging in advance of our stay and made sure the check went smoothly and we were comfortable. Check in instructions were clear and convenient. We really enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to come back again!

Our family of 9 loved our stay at this house! It is a quick 10 minute drive to grocery stores, restaurants, and most everything we needed. It is 35 minutes to the start of Yosemite but really closer to 1.5 hours to get to the main part. The house was a little tricky to find at first but we quickly got the hang of it! We loved sitting outside to play the games, relax in the hot tub, make s’mores over the fire, and just take in the Mountain views. We did find that we ran out of hot water each night if all 9 of us showered back to back so we spaced them out better the rest of our trip. If we were to come back to Yosemite, we would absolutely stay here again!

Our family had an incredible time! The pinball machine was broken, but there was an arcade game in it's place that we all loved. Plenty of space in the kitchen/living room areas for everyone to hang out, cook and relax together. With no snow on the first day, we stayed inside and made the most of it - playing games all day/night and it was amazing! The kids loved playing ping-pong and the adults had a blast with a competitive shuffleboard tournament. We'd absolutely return for another memorable stay!

The place was so cute and perfect for just me and my boyfriend. The amenities were great, with a laundry unit (one machine that washed and dried), a stove, full sized fridge, and lots of kitchen utensils. Everything was so clean. We also appreciated that Douglas, the host, left the light on for us as we got there late at night. His instructions were also so helpful to get there. For some reason, whenever I would shower the water would be freezing cold but for my boyfriend it was not. I definitely think that if you are used to hot showers, bring something to boil water with. Other than that, it was perfect for a little weekend getaway. Our dog loved the outdoor area too!
