(From November 1, 2025, we will only accept four guests) Kick back and relax in this calm and stylish space. Enjoy nature outside. The house is located in the middle of a forest plot. Work out in the small but luxurious gym then relax in the bathtub or in the sauna. Get power. Kotten is a unique architect-designed residence for those who want to get away from stress and big city. Children must be over 9 years old. There is no must-see, only peacefulness. The house was built entirely of wood and was dressed with a cedar.

Right between Hörvik and the Spraglehall nature reserve is the small charming fishing village Krokås. In Krokås there is its own small fishing harbor and a popular beach. There are restaurants, cafe and plenty of activities all year round. Close to school, grocery store, leisure activities and bus stop outside the door. The house is in the middle of the harbor with a view all the way to Hanö. A stone's throw from beaches. Two patios in the front with morning sun as well as large backyard with afternoon and evening sun.

Nära till naturområden, Österlen (Kivik 45 min), Åhus (ca 20 min), golfbanor och shopping i Kristianstad (17 km). Östra Vram ligger lugnt, vackert och fridfullt på bekvämt avstånd från nya E22. Du når snabbt Öresundsregionen; Malmö (80 km) och Köpenhamn (110 km). Skåne bjuder på mycket av aktiviteter, kultur, gårdsbutiker, loppisar och inte minst, god mat.

At 150 meters from the house, you and your family or friends can accommodate the Baltic Sea with all water sports. 3 large bedrooms with 2 double beds and a double bunk bed can accommodate up to 6-8 people. The house with garden, hot tub, large veranda, conservatory, modern kitchen and 2 bathrooms offers all the comfort you want for your holidays. Sölvesborg has a lot to offer, including Sweden's largest rock festival with many international artists.

Here you will have access to a pleasant accommodation with 6 adult beds, 1 bed and 2 cribs next to Byvägen in scenic Sankt Olof during your stay in Österlen. If you need to charge the car, I have a charging box, let me know and we'll figure it out for a refund. Now I also have Boxers (Tele 2) basic selection on TV and Telenor's Wi-Fi. You bring your own bed linens, towels and then you clean yourself before checking out.

Charming and spacious house with nice details to enjoy during the Österlen holidays. Here you have cozy days with a fireplace and a nice view. Located near Simrishamn with cycling distance to Brantevik and swimming from swimming ladder by cliffs. Four bicycles are available to borrow, three women's bikes and a men's bike. 15-20 min drive to sandy beaches.

Kyhlsro is the name of this architect-designed house that was completed in 2023. A hide away for physical and mental rest and recreation that invites you amusement, play, desire and creativity. Beautiful, modern and functional is the theme of this oasis. Kyhls beach is only a 200 meter walk via scenic paths, the beach is wide with the finest white sand.
