77 McGrath is a renovated bungalow in Napier South with a modern, contemporary feel and great indoor/outdoor living. Being a kiwi house, we have a good sized deck, great BBQ and outdoor area. Our place is private and fully fenced with large automatic gates, so great for kids. We are big on comfort, good beds, quality bedlinen, and large sofa's made for sinking into after a day at the vineyards. We are one street back from the beach (2min walk) and a 20 min stroll (1.9km) to the centre of town.

A quirky retreat on Napier hill, two cabins connected by decking rented as one, just minutes from CBD. Lower cabin: king single loft bed, +single sofa bed. Upper cabin: queen bed in lower area, with narrow mezzanine area above containing queen bed, ideal for teens/nimble adults. Unsuitable for elderly or young children due to steep stairs. Hardinge Road is probably the most sort after location in Napier. This award winning home is designed to take in the gorgeous ocean views from both balconies. Within walking distance, is the Ahuriri Shopping Centre & a quaint movie theatre. Also along the waterfront are many restaurants and bars. There are heaters in all the bedrooms & a lift which can be activated if required. The master bedroom &living areas are upstairs with a full bathroom. Bedrooms 2 & 3 are downstairs with a 2nd bathroom.

Light Breakfast & Super-King Comfortable Bed

Our home is situated in a quiet area of Taradale and a 10 minute easy walk to the village & close proximity to Church Road and The Mission wineries. Great location to walkway/cycle ways into Napier. Dolbel reserve is on our doorstep with a number of walking trails to explore. Taradale has cafes, bars, and restaurants as well as plenty of shops to browse in. Our lovely warm Hawke's Bay summers are perfect for the many events and concerts available.

The Shed@Longview

The 'shed' is situated on our lifestyle block not far from Napier. It is was originally a farm implement shed, but has been repurposed as an extra accomodation space. It is very private being set away from the main house with a lovely rural outlook. The large open plan studio space consists of a lounge, kitchenette and dining area, with a seperate bedroom and bathroom space. We enjoy meeting new people so would love to welcome you to 'the shed'.

Taradale sleep out & ensuite Comfortable&Spacious.

Sunny private sleep out, quiet setting down lane way, within an easy walk to Taradale shops / cafes. A short drive to many local wineries, golf courses and Silky Oak Chocolate factory and cafe. We are a ten minute drive into Napier Central. Would highly recommend Sunday morning Farmers Market at Hawkes Bay Showgrounds. Perfect as a base to explore the beauty of Hawkes Bay.
