Our peaceful studio is near restaurants, the sea and our lovely town centre. We will do our best to make you feel welcome in the Art Deco capital of New Zealand so, come and enjoy your stay in Napier with our great restaurants and wineries and so much more. Art deco tours, the Cape Kidnappers gannets, cycling trips is a must do while you’re visiting the Hawkes Bay area. The fruit bowl of New Zealand awaits you! There is on street parking and a kitchenette but unfortunately no wheelchair access.

Private quiet haven. Hot tub. Walk to village.

Generous self service breakfast. Special dietary needs catered for. A privately accessed, clean self-contained ensuite space. Nightly rate $150. Facilities are not shared with me. From the comfortable queen bed you can enjoy the garden outlook. Take time to relax in the hot tub. Only a short walk to cafes, bars, boutique shops and a supermarket. There is safe parking on the road-side however, on-site parking is available if required for 1 vehicle. Please check this with me prior to arrival.

Relaxing studio with hot tub/pool/close to town.

Our sleep out has been refurbished to a high standard with quality linens and locally made products. It is located in the back garden of our art deco home, with use of the hot tub and swimming pool (not heated). Close by are the delights of Napier including wineries, cafes, restaurants and art deco architecture. Push bikes are available for your use with Napier town centre 1.6km . There are no cooking facilities but a basic breakfast is included.

Set in a rural farm setting The Hutch is a peaceful and quiet retreat close to town.
