We were spending a weekend in this house and we loved it, it has all the amenities and the setting is beautiful. Each room has its own fully equipped and very clean bathroom. Luis was lovely to us and gave us all the facilities we needed. We appreciate your treatment. We will recommend Genciana to anyone who wants to visit the Sierra de la Demanda. Best regards

Beautiful rural garden refuge in the heart of the Merindades, an area of impressive natural beauty and full of lovely medieval (from 10th century on) cities and towns. Santi has put a lot of time and effort to build his private refuge and we felt grateful he shared with us. Him and his wife were fantastic hosts and full of helpful suggestions. Their dogs Jackie & Chan were affectionate and playful. The place was huge, well decorated and spotless. All amenities, modern kitchen and cabinets, great bathrooms with a jacuzzi, working wood burning stove and a huge garden with a sitting/dining area and pond with ducks. Private parking of course. Butrera is a tiny town with a lovely romanic church but just a few miles of Villarcayo with plenty of restaurants and a Carrefour supermarket. A really unique place in our extensive experiences with Airbnb's. Our one regret is that we were there only two nights but we will be back to this astonishing area before international tourism discovers it.

My friends and I had a great weekend in the country. The house is large and quiet as we wanted. We'll be back with pleasure!

Wonderful experience! The place is beautiful, the apartment great, we found it bigger than what was seen in the photos. The home and bathtub of 10. The very rich food too, all very kind... highly recommended! The views are unbelievable.

One of the best cottages we've ever been to. It had a lot of details to make the stay pleasant and it's all thought out in detail so you enjoy the house. The beds and almodas are super comfortable. And the sofas in the area are also very good. The kitchen has everything you need to cook at home. The place is unparalleled and the house on the outside is also beautiful as well as having spectacular views.

We had a wonderful week in this charming house in Asturias. From the first moment, the host Belén made us feel at home, always attentive and willing to help us in everything we needed. Her hospitality was exceptional and that made our stay even more special. The house is beautiful and very cozy, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Also, it was a very nice detail that allowed us to bring our pets, which made the trip even more complete. We certainly recommend this house to anyone who wants to enjoy a quiet and charming vacation in Asturias. We only have nice memories. We will for sure be going back!

The house is as it appears in the photos. Tino was very friendly and adapted to our needs, which we appreciate. Communication with them is also very good. The location is very good, close to Cangas de Onís, Arriondas and Covadonga that was what we visit. It can be cooked because there is a kitchen, but you have to take oil and salt from home, and other essentials. Overall very good stay! ☺️☺️

The apartment is spectacular, the environment is unbeatable in the middle of nature and with a smell of chamomile that provides you with immense peace. The interior of the apartment made with the best materials and finishes is ideal. I fully recommend it to spend a few days off. We were fascinated and will be back as soon as we get a chance.

we really enjoyed our stay! it is a great house to stay in with kids. they loved their beds and the garden with the trampoline, sandbox en little playhouse. there's a nice restaurant next door and it's a great location from where you can visit the higlights of cantabria.

The house was absolutely beautiful. It was quiet, comfortable and had everything we needed for cooking and relaxing. We were there for Christmas and the house was even decorated for the holiday! We highly recommend the house and the area. Llanes is only a few minutes by car and is a lovely town. There are so many beaches and walks to do nearby.

The perfect place to make you feel right at home. The setting is idyllic and being able to enjoy the landscape from the sofa is incredible. It is located quite close to bars and supermarkets if in any case it is necessary. The parcel is completely closed an advantage if you are going with a dog. I would definitely repeat it again 😊

the house is in an unbeatable location for hiking of all kinds the environment is very nice, we felt right at home, we did not miss anything until we had a barbecue in the garden where our dog was able to run, Israel was very kind at all times giving us directions from the environment and some tips on where to eat, and to visit thank you very much we will repeat for sure

It's been a dream stay. The house is even better than it appears in the photos. Super cozy, comfortable, with all the utensils and crockery you might need and more. Very comfortable beds, we have rested in luxury. The garden with a barbecue that with a few degrees more than we had, a wonder. Everything was very clean and decorated in great detail. Communication with hosts has been very smooth. The village is very quiet and is a 10-minute drive from Aguilar de Campoo, in an area where there are countless hiking options, routes to enjoy the artistic heritage etc. I wish I could come back some day!

The place is very nice and Delia was extremely friendly, I really enjoyed my stay in Lierganes I wish I had the opportunity to repeat.

The house is great to spend a few quiet days and visit the area, everything is very clean and cared for, it has the essentials but it is true that we miss an oven. Getting there and being able to turn on the fireplace or give yourself a relaxing bath in the hot tub is welcome. Very warm and cozy atmosphere. Let's repeat!

We went a couple with a dog and it was a hit! Very quiet area with incredible views from the garden, a beautiful and well-kept house, stoves in every upstairs room, and downstairs a good fireplace and the air. All the necessary amenities, and a flexibility to get in and out of the house that is appreciated. Good location if you're looking for peace and quiet.

Everything is very good. Eduardo, seems friendly and has been attentive at all times, with good directions before arrival and also during the stay. The house is great, very welcoming, and absolutely nothing is missing. It has everything you need to go to a large group or family, even for small children (cot, bathtub, some play..). We don't use the pool, but in summer it has to be a joy. It is also very well invoked. In a short time you arrive in cars to a lot of places.
