Nearby of supermarkets (disco and tata), omnibus stop in front of the building, bakery, greenery, shopping Plaza Italia a few blocks away. The terrace has beautiful views both day and night. Count for hot days with air conditioners in living room and bedroom, there is still good ventilation by the large windows. At night it is super quiet and quiet, being in a ninth floor nor can you hear the car noises. Nos charm.
