Very nice apartment and magnificent sea view. Peaceful place, very friendly and friendly neighborhood, close to different activities in the area. Antonio is very vigilant to make sure everything goes smoothly, we had a lovely stay!

The host was friendly and responsive, very clear directions and the flat was clean and tidy. Having a bottle of water in the fridge would already have been a luxury, even if I had to pay a little more for that service, but that's the least. What I liked most was that I had an oven, there are many that do not have it. Of course the area is ideal, very central although in a quiet neighborhood and a stone's throw from the beach. I would definitely repeat it again and recommend it 100%. 👍

Very nice stay, close to the station, with a supermarket and lots of restaurants nearby, right out the door is the beach.

Clean, comfortable, and well-equipped place. Great starting point for explorations at the Cabo de Gata reserve. Comfortable Almeria Beach. The only aspect can be improved the air conditioning of the two bedrooms for the boys while the double and the living room are excellently air-conditioned. In particularly hot periods this aspect can be felt.Olga was attentive to our needs with tips on what to visit and where to eat. In summary, highly recommended

Fabulous roomy apartment, it had everything that we could possibly need. Everywhere was spotless & the bed was super comfy too! Having two bathrooms was a bonus as was a washing machine. Great walk into town where many historic sites can be found. Would totally recommend this place as Pilar & Lien were very attentive with suggestions & support.

The accommodation is perfect - super clean, spacious & located directly on the sea - between house & beach is only a pedestrian zone. Ginés is totally friendly & has regularly inquired about our wellbeing & fulfilled every wish for us. Will definitely come back! 🩷

Lucrecia's house in Roquetas de Mar was absolutely great for us. It is really well equipped and really clean throughout. It is super close to the beach (1 min walk from the front door), you just cross one very quiet road and go down a few steps. There is a pedestrian and cycle way right along the beach for miles in either direction, great for walking or running. There are several bars and restaurants just as you go down the steps to the beach. The roof terrace is a lovely place to have your coffee in the morning and watch the sunrise over the ocean, or your sundowner in the evening. The house is great for remote working, the internet is fast and there are a couple of desks in the bedrooms. Thanks Lucrecia, and thanks also to Lucia for letting us in and answering our questions so well. We will most certainly be coming again. Muchas Gracias.

Spectacular apartment! Loved it! A paradise! Very clean, breathtaking views of the sea, with a terrace! It has all the necessary details that make the stay very comfortable. The best place I've stayed by far. Recommend for everyone. Comfortable bed and sofa, with whirlpool shower! And quality decoration. Thank you Rosa for being so kind and such an excellent host! This apartment has left us with very good memories and it is the best rental we have ever been in! You have views of the Sea that are wonderful, you will not be left indifferent. All the rooms in the apartment are very spacious and have a lot of light throughout the day. The apartment is very quiet, it was impeccably clean, very good air conditioning, fast and reliable Wi-Fi, we have tested it by teleworking two people. It is especially well equipped with everything you need for a long stay. We have had no problem parking in the area of ​​the apartment and there is also a parking lot less than 5 minutes away. We have only used the car to make several excursions, walking you have direct access to the beach and promenade and also to all kinds of shops, supermarkets and many bars and restaurants. The arrival process was very good, the girl who welcomed gave us very good recommendations. You can rent this place without hesitation, we return in winter to telework from here for 8 weeks.

The apartment is next to the beach and with direct access to the pool, it has everything you need for a few days of rest, lots of kitchenware, towels up for the pool, sheets, up to hammocks for the terrace, it is very well conditioned, Susana attended us at all times very kindly, very nice and helpful and Michel is also interested in messages to see if everything was correct, 100x100 recommended, the year that will return in Roquetas again we will definitely return to his apartment

The very kind owner is always attentive to everything. The house just like the pictures spacious comfortable and beautiful I don't have any complaints we loved it. Also very close to the beach, the beach is behind the literal urbanization. You can also walk out for a boulevard where there are several restaurants, very comfortable, it is also a 2in from Almeria and close to Cata and its villages around 30-40min we found the recommended location great. This is one of the best apartments of AirBnb we have visited. Enormous space, large terrace, full kitchen, wonderful beds, on the Boulevard. There is a parking space in the garage, but on working days there is plenty of space on the street. By bus (which stops in front of the door) you'll be downtown in 15 minutes. The hostess was incredibly welcoming and kept in constant contact with us. Highly recommended.

This apartment is amazing! The location is top notch and the apartment itself is beautiful. We very much enjoyed our stay! The view from the rooftop deck can’t be beat.

Everything was great :-) very communicative and friendly. It responds very quickly. The area is 10 and the accommodation is small but for us well, in front of the promenade and the pool is the best. Very large , very nice urbanization and very quiet to go with the family.

We had an excellent experience at Mario's home. The house has down to the last detail and is literally on the beach. It's beautiful to get up and listen to the waves. We went with my parents and my 8 month old baby and Mario brought everything I needed to make my baby perfect, brought a high chair and crib. We didn't miss a thing! Mario is pending in case you have any questions or problems. You can ensure a great stay in this place. We'll be back in the future.
