We stayed here as part of our Mezcal experience with Jorge and we had THE BEST time. It was the highlight of our trip. He is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about the farming of agave in the local area, leafing an NGO project planting agave. We tasted lots of different artisan mezcal, had a masterclass and visited some agave farms where we had drank and chatted with the local farmers. The food was also fantastic. This is the most authentic agave experience you will get with a wonderful, kind and knowledgable host. I promise you will not be disappointed with this experience! 10/10

Wonderful country house! An ideal place, if your plan is to disconnect from the city and enjoy as a family. Highly recommended for families traveling with your pet. Ximena and her dad, excellent hosts, always attentive and very attentive!! We definitely want to come back!!

The rooms that Juan Manuel offers are quite spacious- our room had four beds. The dimmable lights and fan were very good touches. Also, the room was very clean. The location is on the outskirts of town, which was perfect for what we needed. For us it was not obvious how the check-in worked, but Juan Manuel responded quickly with helpful instructions. I stayed at Sofia's for 3 weeks for work. The house is clean, well maintained. There is privacy as Sofia was staying in another part of the house. The kitchen is very well equipped. Being alone in this part of the house, Beautiful room and private toilet. The courtyard is very pleasant. Sofia and her sons were a great help in everyday life. They are deeply very kind. The village is a few minutes' walk away and by walking you will discover shops. It's the Mexican country. I was impressed at first as the houses are protected by large closed facades with metal gates. Last are farms, craftsmen... People greet each other in the neighborhood. This is important because it makes the place warmer. Bakery 20 meters away. Very easy to reach by bus in 30 min. Motorcycle taxi to circulate in the area.
