Accommodation as advertised, ideal for a weekend with friends and family. Everything matches the photos: clean, well decorated, quiet. The spa and the garden without neighbors are real assets to fully enjoy the stay. Special mention to the hosts, very kind and accommodating, who made our check-in easy and made the stay even more enjoyable. Thanks to them for their warm welcome. I recommend it without hesitating!

We had a great time at Paul's house. The views are magnificent, the pool is too. The living and dining area is open and bright and very suitable for groups. Also the division of the bedrooms. You have the option to retreat if you want. Paul was always available and gave us helpful tips. His father was also very friendly. Both speak good English. We will be happy to come back anytime!

Very comfortable and modern accommodations! The pool water was cold, but refreshing. Truly a very nice stay. We wish we could have stayed longer!

Two night stay. The enclosed garden was great, the dog enjoyed it, as did the walks in the scrubland right next door. The plancha is a real plus. The accommodation is well equipped and functional. The environment is quiet despite the road nearby. To relax and enjoy coastal towns like Sete and Bouzigues, the location is great. The hosts are very welcoming and friendly. I recommend it.

We had such a lovely stay here. Masses to do, great, clear instructions and a lovely part of the world. The apartment was very comfortable and well laid out. We loved every bit of our stay.

The house is just amazing! It's big and comfortable, has any kitchenware you could ever need to prepare any dinner imaginable and even more! The garden is simply beautiful, our cat was beyond happy to explore every corner of it. We didn't use the swimming pool because it was already too cold to swim, but it adds to the beauty of the garden and we just enjoyed sitting by it in the sun. Thank you Jean-Philippe and Brigitte, for this amazing place. We will be happy to return some day!

We had a great time at Benjamin's, who is ultra friendly, considerate, and makes sure everything goes smoothly. 😁 The apartment is very well located, 5 min walk to the beach, well equipped for a few relaxing days with a nice terrace. The house is exceptional with beautiful well-appointed spaces, superbly renovated. Kitchen amenities and bedroom bedding are high-end. comfort+++ Two beautiful modern bathrooms complete the standing of the house. Marion was available and checked in with us during the stay. The exterior is pleasantly arranged to have a good time.

Me and my family enjoyed our stay at Julien’s house very much. He responded and fulfilled our requests within the hour and was very friendly. The house had everything we needed, even an alarm for the pool in case Baby or puppy accidentally took a dip. My only criticism is the low water pressure in the showers, very difficult for washing long or thick hair. And a small caveat, the sound in the house travels very well so bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper. Overall the house was the perfect home base for our excursions to the cities and beaches. 9.5/10

Despite the bad weather, very successful stay with 3 small children thanks to the comfort and location of Martine's house. A short walk to the beach, with games, the Grau shopping street and its market. We enjoyed a warm welcome, the beach and even some swimming for the bravest. The house is spacious and has a very nice exterior. We would happily stay again for a new family vacation. We highly recommend this house, well arranged, very clean, perfectly equipped and so well located.

we had a great week in this lovely, very well renovated apartment, with air conditioning, not to mention the magnificent sea view. the port is less than 10 minutes' walk away. I'll be happy to come back.

Modern, comfortable apartment in the centre of Cap d’Agde. Garage parking for one car. Great communication with owner and Vincent who met us and showed us around.

We were allowed to spend a few days with Fred very spontaneously and easily. A small, clean, beautiful gem, nothing is missing. We were very welcome. Everything within walking distance, beach, park to walk with dog, great bakery. Fred responded quickly to our request, welcomed us personally and also the challenge of parking, we traveled with a campervan, worked wonderfully, thanks to the help of Fred. Laurent's flat was spendid. There was a very well resourced kitchen and the shower and bathroom were excellent. To have access to private parking was quite special and Laurent could not have been more helpful in arranging it. In fact, Laurent was an excellent communicator all round. Finally, Beziers was a delightful place to stay and the apartment is tremendously well placed - really close to the centre and by a delightful park.

We had a lovely stay. The apartment completely meets our needs. Very clean and quiet. Very close to Rue de la Flânerie and the sea. Thierry is a very responsive and caring host. We recommend it.
