a very nice relaxing break coffee and tea available, a very cozy, soothing, zen place, everything is provided for a pleasant stay the bedding is comfortable the most, the jacuzzi, and the quality massage chair!! soundproofed apartment i recommend it!

Very well laid out, well-equipped cottage. Easy check-in and checkout. 5 minutes from the tram and 20 minutes from the Place de la Comédie and one tram stop from an Auchan supermarket, making it a great quiet and convenient location. For a short stay it is very nice to have a survival kit (coffee, toilet paper, etc.)! Small point of improvement on the outside, the outdoor living room and the table and chairs for eating are damaged because of the almond tree that loses a lot of sap, probably related to spring. It must be cleaned before each use. The jacuzzi is very nice. Hosts Cyril and Sara are very responsive and caring.

We had a pleasant stay with friends (6 adults) at Béatrice's. The house is well equipped and has several sunny and shaded outdoor areas. Great for a stay with friends and families. In addition, Béatrice was very available before our stay and caring about the smooth running of this one!

We had a great multi-generational family holiday in Neffies. The villa was excellent for 6 adults and 4 kids, with large open plan living and perfect gardens and pool. Every ground floor bedroom has patio doors onto the garden and poolside which was lovely. Star-gazing at 11pm was magical. This is well-equipped villa with 2 full kitchens, plenty of sofas, variety of dining tables for shade or sun and a lovely games room with table football/darts/board games/indoor archery. Pool also has inflatables/noodles/floats provided.

Would highly recommend for a short to medium stay for up to 2 adults and 2 young children. A well equipped and high-standard finish apartment in a quiet area; but still only a 10 minute walk to place Jean Jaurès, the Temple Bar of Capestang!! The hosts were next door, available for any query but otherwise invisible. The outdoor space, with bbq and sun loungers, is totally private with a lovely view over nearby vineyards and the surrounding countryside. If we ever come back to capestang, we will first check if this is free!

A superb stay in an exceptional and serene setting. Gilles was a great host, very responsive and extremely friendly. We were greeted with everything we needed to facilitate our arrival and welcome gifts! This is really very much appreciated. The accommodation is just a pearl nestled on the heights of Narbonne... the change of scenery is total and the disconnection is guaranteed! Beautiful site! Angelique was more than welcoming. We were difficult/not reachable during the trip. She waited for us, was flexible, responsive, impeccable service! The house is modern, beautiful and very well-equipped, we lacked nothing. Angélique provided us with beds/sheets/playpens etc. for babies. Everything is done with a lot of love. Thank you for this fantastic stay.

It was a wonderful stay! The house is wonderful and has all the facilities you need as a family! We had a great stay together with our three children. The house is located in a quiet and beautiful (clean and green) environment. Pool is gorgeous and heated! Parking in front of the door! Agde can be reached quickly! Frank has given us so many tips on what we can do nearby and how to reach the places! It was a great holiday with our 3 children where we felt completely at home! Highly recommended!

Great relaxing stay, everything went well. I was greeted by Patricia's husband who is very friendly. Many activities nearby and a beautiful environment at the cottage that allows you to rest afterwards. I recommend it if you like birdsong while you read.
