A very nice place to stay, clean and well stocked for guest. You have to push the 3rd floor button on the elevator for the room , not the 2nd floor . I would definitely recommend this place and would stay again. It is also centrally located in Midtown and everything is in walking distance.

The place is very cozy and clean. Comfortable bedding and plenty of amenities like a pool/ hot tub/ and adequate gym. Feels like a safe location with a walking trail right outside. Get beautiful sunsets over the mountains every night. Would stay here again

Nico & Elizabeth saved my family’s Thanksgiving…literally!!! We had booked another place for our family in JULY. The morning of our first night’s stay, the other host cancelled with no explanation whatsoever. It literally took 10 hours to rebook another house close to our destination through Airbnb. Nico was so responsive & great to us, & their house was just perfect…super cozy but spacious, very clean & the location was wonderful!!! I cannot thank Nico enough for his quick responsiveness, generousity & for making what could have turned out to be a frustrating, terrible Thanksgiving holiday into a great family weekend & reunuion!! My brothers thank you as well!!!!

our stay at the Murphy house was 10/10 greatest experience at an airbnb so far. it accommodated our group perfectly. Pete is a great host and was very communicative. The beds were extremely comfortable as well. if we ever find ourselves needing a place to stay in Reno again we will definitely come back.

A very nice older home in a quiet neighborhood. It was exactly what we needed for our few days in Reno. The fenced in yard was perfect for our dog, but just be mindful if there are other tenants in the back units they will be right next to you and therefore no privacy if you’re in the backyard. But I give it a great rating as it served our needs perfectly. The host Jo is extremely responsive and accommodating and we were able to check in early

The place was great. You can hike outside; relax on the porch; fix dinner in a great kitchen and it has air conditioning or a stove if you see snow in August for the first time in 20 years. Doug and Katy were great hosts with an amazing place for you and your family.

This is the 2nd year we have stayed here on my annual Fall trip to the area with 3 generations girls weekend. It’s just as nice as I remembered. I hope I can return again!

We only stayed 3 nights but loved the place by the river so much we wished we had stayed longer. House felt more like home, it's a true Jem and we will definitely look for this listing for our future Reno trips. Quiet peaceful neighborhood yet so close to casinos and restaurants .

The kitchen is a standout feature—beautifully designed and fully equipped, it made cooking meals a joy. We truly enjoyed the time we spent there, soaking in the serene atmosphere and the stunning views of the lake. The management of the property deserves special mention; they were incredibly professional and communicated clearly throughout our stay. Any questions we had were addressed promptly, and they went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Overall, our experience was excellent, and we can't recommend this place enough! We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

The place is beautifully furnished with high-end appointments, finishes and quality furniture and linens on great beds. The toiletries were unimpressive, not on par with the unit, with lots of little bottles of shampoo and body wash, but no conditioner! I did not use the provided coffee (also not a quality brand) but appreciated the options for pour-over Chemex and espresso. The dishwasher was missing a silverware holder, so that was awkward. Appreciated the beach umbrella and chairs! Overall, I would say Tahoe Experience does an excellent job - but missed on a few notes.

The condo is centrally located with nearby beach/lake access and shared pools and hot tubs. Easy walk or short ride to everything in South Lake Tahoe. The space is nicely decorated with everything you could want. Dolores was super responsive and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. We had an excellent stay.

Spent two days in Truckee and this was a great place to stay for a solo traveler. The communication with the host was great and the place was nice and clean. Perfect for a solo traveler or couple.

John was fantastic—offering early check-in and providing all the necessary information proactively. The space was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. Communication was smooth and thoughtful. Would come again next time if possible
