I stayed here while in Creston visiting my kids. This place provide enough room and a great environment for me to spend time with my kids. It was welcoming and furnished with everything we needed during our stay. I will definitely try to book this every time I come to town for a visit.

We absolutely loved our stay here! Beautiful, spacious, and clean home! Great place for us moms and preteens/teens to hangout headed toward a tournament. We were able to truly relax and enjoy. Scott was very responsive, friendly, and accommodating! Would love to stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at Alexander's! Sparkling clean, well -appointed kitchen, and gorgeous view of downtown Des Moines. Alexander was quick to respond to questions and was flexible with our check-in time which we really appreciated. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again!

Eon's place is even better than the photos. One thing we like but dont think about much is having a TV in the bedrooms, in addition to the main living area. Eon's place has those kind of convenient extras that make it a warm and welcoming place. It was also nice to have parking so close to the entrance! The beds were comfy; I kinda felt like Goldilocks, deciding what bed would be most comfortable...only they all were comfy! It was also nice to have a variety of treats on the table upon arriving. Thanks, Eon! Your Airbnb is perfect!

It was everything that I could have asked for. The town is great and everything is walkable. Everyone that I met was amazingly friendly. The apartment was very clean and new. The closets were huge. The only downside that I ran into is lack of a dresser. There is a space for that type of clothing, but it is limited. The view is one of a kind and I can't think of anything that they didn't think of from coffee, to filters and all kitchen amenities that you could ever ask for.

I stayed at Midwest’s Airbnb as transitioning housing until I found something more semi-permanent as a traveling healthcare worker. It was such a relief (after walking through other properties in Des Moines) to come across this place in West Des Moines! It was clean, spacious, in a fantastic location, and wonderful communication and hospitality given by the host. The deck and garage are an added bonus. Extremely safe location with easy access to downtown. I will definitely be staying again when my family visits!

The Cozy Cottage

This was a great place! If I could I would come back and stay more than one night. The only things I would mention are that the switch in the kitchen that you think is a light switch is the garbage disposal, so watch out haha, and if you are staying a Saturday night be aware that none of the restaurants in town will be open for breakfast Sunday morning (but that's not Verlin and Shannon's fault). The place is clean, welcoming and peaceful. There were helpful instructions everywhere, and little gifts and amenities throughout. We had no trouble staying warm, plenty of blankets. The coffee is a Keurig. The layout is great, with one of the bathrooms being in a bedroom and the other available to the whole house. All in all it was perfect for us passing through headed north, but if you have reason to be in the area for longer avail yourself of this great place to stay.

I stayed here with my wife, her dad, and our baby. I felt safe leaving my wife and baby to work a late-night job with her dad. It’s in a safe neighborhood, and it’s close to downtown and other attractions. We would definitely stay here again on future visits!

We stayed here for my son's wedding. Very peaceful, private, and comfortable. Husband saw otters in the pond while walking the dogs! Deer in the yard both mornings. Comfy beds and lots of games if you have time for that which we did not unfortunately. I would highly recommend staying here! It is a very short trip to The Hive wedding venue too! Thank you for a great stay!

We loved staying at this cabin for a girls weekend. It was nice and private without being difficult to get to. The cabin had plenty of amenities and made it easy to cook. We didn't expect the basement to be unfinished but it didn't hinder our stay in any way. The only negative was there were a ton of ladybugs crawling around during our stay so if bugs aren't your thing be aware. Otherwise, Navey was friendly and super responsive to our never-ending questions as we prepared for our stay. Would stay here again!

This was the second or maybe third time I've stayed with Deb and it's always consistently exactly as billed. Whenever I need an Airbnb in DSM, I always look to see if Deb's space is available first. I would absolutely recommend the space and everything else that will come with staying with Deb.

Julie was very easy to communicate with, and we absolutely loved the location – private, in an interesting neighborhood, yet an easy commute to anyplace in the city. We loved this place and were thankful for the opportunity to stay here – it was perfect for us: we hope to be back!

Absolutely beautiful property and place! Was even better than I expected! Everything you could possibly need for your stay. Kitchen was fully stocked, bedrooms were more than cozy, bathrooms super clean, and extremely hospitable details everywhere. Jeannette was so responsive to my questions and very welcoming. This was a terrific stay! Good location in downtown Des Moines, loved having private garage parking. Entry from inside garage - there is a 1/2 bath off the kitchen/family room. Bedrooms are large and all upstairs for privacy. Very nice bath attached to each with Master bath having double sinks! Large laundry room with full size washer/dryer. The private outdoor 3rd floor deck is a great space with a frig and sink up on that level. Nice outdoor furniture on the outdoor deck - Everything clean, clean, clean with very nice basic kitchen utensils, and equipment. My MIL suggested a bench or chair in the front bedroom so you don’t have to sit on the bed to put shoes on. At 99yo that was her only comment - did the stairs like a champ and appreciated the lights on the staircase. It was very comfortable to stay at this air b&b!

Two of us in town for a memorial service and gathering of friends. The place was great-perfect size-two bedrooms worked for us perfectly-cute place. Minor point is a bathroom typical of these little homes, with a toilet literally right next to the tub/shower with only an inch or two to spare on the sides-made for some interesting "negotiating!" But as I said, this is minor. Shower great! Located in a great neighborhood, peaceful, safe to walk, close to a mall and restaurants etc. Be aware there is a basement tenant- took us by surprise but that was because we didn't read the description fully! They were super quiet and we barely knew anyone else was there. Their apartment is separate from the unit. Definitely recommend the place and Josh was quick to respond to any questions we had. Great front porch for sitting and watching the world, lots of windows, good linens and towels, extra blankets, easy on street parking., Keurig, so very quiet-we would rent again in a heartbeat....

Molly was a great host and very helpful when we had questions and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable for our family. Her home was very clean, the furniture was really comfortable, and the home was on an active farm surrounded by beautiful and peaceful farm land. The home is also only about 10 minutes to Adel which has a cute little downtown area with several resturants and only about a half hour to the West end of Des Moines which had a lot of shopping and activity. It was a perfect stay for us.
