We had a wonderful stay in a beautiful house in the Swedish woods, right by the lake. The house was spacious, nicely decorated, and well-heated upon arrival. On the second day, a thick layer of snow fell, completing the winter wonderland picture. Communication with our friendly host Sofia was excellent, with quick responses and the option to check out later, which was ideal for our late flight. I highly recommend this stay and plan to return. We only had a quick night at Elias’s place as we were continuing our travel. Elias responded very quickly and was very flexible regarding our check-in which was very nice in our case. The house was nice and offered everything we needed for our short stay. But I can imagine that also for a longer stay you will have a good time staying at Elias’s place.

On the one hand, we were able to make excursions to Jönköpping and hiking excursions. On the other hand, we were able to enjoy the complete tranquility

More than 10 years in Airbnb now and always met nice people in nice places worldwide. But this is definitely something else and puts the whole game on a new level! A wonderful house that has as much charisma as its owners. We are so grateful to Jonas and Jana for giving us the opportunity to experience their unique home in peace and harmony. To anyone reading this and thinking about booking, I can only heartily recommend it. A special place that deserves to be recognized and appreciated as such!

We were able to enjoy the stay from the first minute to the last minute. Everything was as described and Tomas very friendly and helpful. The house offers the opportunity to get completely out of everyday life and enjoy nature and tranquility, whether in the living room or outside on one of the 3 terraces. The sauna and the lake offer additional recreational value.

We got a warm welcome in the house. Mark, Ellen and their parents were amazing and so so kind. We got a lot of good tips and they helped out with everything. The wood around the house is miraculous. We enjoyed the garden and the huge wooden terrace. The bathing place nearby is ideal with smaller kids to play and for the adults to swim. We did trips to Vimmerby and Astrid Lidgrens World and to Bästervik to the cost. I cannot think of anything we would have missed. Ellen, Mark and all of your family: Thank you so much!

Rosa's house is a very nice place to stay in a quiet location with an extremely nice neighbor. We stayed there for 4 nights and would have liked to have stayed longer. The place is centrally located, so you can do a lot on relatively short distances. We will be happy to come back.

We were traveling as a couple with a dog. We immediately felt at home in Peter's house. The house directly at the lake is an oasis of tranquility. It's very personal and has unique charm. It has everything you need and more :-). We cooked every night and enjoyed the time in front of the fireplace. The location is wonderful if you want to explore nature or just relax by the lake. Peter was always available for questions despite illness. The house was clean and lovingly prepared. Even the fire in the fireplace was on when we arrived in the late afternoon. We would come back any time and can highly recommend the accommodation (in the truest sense).
