Staying with Anthony was an absolute pleasure! The flat is well appointed and quite large. The hosts were extremely responsive to any questions I had and I am grateful for all of their help. They flat was very clean and the hosts have thought of everything. For example, I had forgotten a power adapter for UK plugs, but a simple look around revealed that they had a number of adapters cords and Chargers readily available. The flat is a very short walk to the grocery store and a lovely pub. I highly recommend staying with Anthony.

Sian was fantastic -- including being very understanding when I got suddenly ill on my very first day of my trip! She helped me navigate recuperating, then made sure we both navigated the shared spaces safely and gently until we were sure I had recovered. Beautiful location, clear instructions on house rules, and great for getting to other parts of London. Really appreciated the long stay option.

I was looking for a place to stay close to my university in South Kensington and found this place fitting all my needs. It was in a very convenient location, only a 20 min walk from university. It had student friendly prices, especially when compared to surrounding places that were extremely pricey. And most importantly, it was clean and was readily equipped with all things required for a lovely stay. I did not need to buy anything after moving in as everything I needed was already there. Moving in was a breeze with the owner’s rapid response and digital lock door. Also the bathroom was spacious and very well designed. My favorite part of my stay was that it was silent and very peaceful, there were no persistent car noises that are typical in central areas of london. Though there were a few things that could’ve been fixed such as the table and some faulty drawers, I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a place in Kensington and especially for those on a budget.

After a minor and unavoidable hiccup, by a previous guest that was resolved promptly. All went very well for check in. The area is really nice and quiet, even though it is off a main road, it is far enough away. Also a nice park nearby. Very near shops and restaurants . And a lovely café right across the street I recommend. I will admit the walls are thin and so, being mindful of neighbours is important, and I think my partner and I were successful enough in that. And also if your a light sleeper ear plugs may resolve that issue. Plenty of space even if the bedroom and bathroom are compact but functional. No real issue. Mark is a great and responsive host. friendly, helpful and on hand. All in all my partner and I were very happy with the property. Definitely recommended.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The three bedrooms were perfect for our family of four, the kitchen and living areas are beautiful, and the house was stocked with lots of thoughtful extras (from cereal and pasta to extra toiletries). The house is less than 10 minutes on foot (even with baggage in tow) from Paddington Station, which made it a great location for hopping on the tube to explore various neighborhoods, and is tucked away on a quiet side street with no city noise. Muhiddin was super responsive and helpful when we reached out, both before our stay and during our time there! We would definitely stay here again when in London!

The place ist nice and clean, the host was very responsive and you get a clear instruction with photos how to find the building. Bathroom is really small, but for a rental it did not bother us. It is however far away from everything interesting in London, but there is a bus station right in front of the Apartment and trust me when I tell you that the bus experience was really cool and we got to see so many streets and places that we normally wouldn’t have.

Pat's apartment is very accessible in a known and dynamic neighborhood. Pat is an outstanding host, extremely welcoming and shares her recommendations with great care. My 16-year-old daughter and I had a great time at her place. All central London tours are very easy and quick to reach. I can only recommend this place and especially its hostess.
