The house is located in the seaside area of Taormina, Giardini Naxos town. The space is dedicated to my guests mq.100, 40 of which have a terrace on the beach. The house is about one meter higher than the beach. All openings in the house, overlooking the terrace. The result is a bright house with sea view. The apartment has 2 rooms, kitchen and bathroom with shower. My guests can enjoy the sea at all hours of day and night. The house is equipped with all comforts, including air conditioning, Internet WI-FI and direct access to the sea from the roof terrace which is on the beach. The outdoor terrace is furnished with 2 tables and chairs, loungers and sunshades. The kitchen has a refrigerator with freezer, 4 burner stove, oven and sink. A few steps from home there are many restaurants, supermarkets, tobacco and cash. The proximity to all major highways and communications, make your holiday even more beautiful, you will have the opportunity to visit the most beautiful archaeological sites, tourist and historical sites of Sicily. In the large terraces you can read a book from our small library or sunbathe from March to October, enjoying the view of the sea and Mount Etna. If you cross the street, you will find a beautiful pebbled beach.

Very nice, well-kept apartment close to the beach. Via a footpath you can reach numerous good restaurants and a small supermarket within 5 minutes. The amenities with air conditioning, dishwasher and washing machine are very good. The private parking space fits well for the typical Italian small cars.

Excellent condo, very clean, well appointed, beautiful views, and comfortable with split AC units in living area and both bedrooms to keep cool at night. Very close walk to Isola Bella beach area. Close walk to funicular that takes you up to Taormina town, and restaurants are also a close walk way. Note that funicular costs $6 per person one way up to the town, and $10 roundtrip...a bit pricey for such a short ride. It is a relatively easy walk down the mountain from Taormina back to the beach area and condo though, so recommend doing that and getting a little exercise on the way down. Walkway drops you right near the condo. Parking is easy in the gated condo community, so car is in a safe area. Would definitely recommend this place for your stay in Taormina.

Emanuela was an impeccable host! Always available and ready to help us with any situation. Apartment as shown in the photo, comfortable and clean, sea view, strategic location by sea and visit the surroundings with urban buses (bus stops less than a minute's walk away) leaving the car comfortably on the sea (stop not for a fee). Completely satisfied! highly recommended!

Sea paradise is just that! This apartment is so beautiful and peaceful - you hear the ocean waves at all times and truly have your own little piece of paradise. The stone beach is beautiful and great for a little swim! Gabriella was the kindest host - so responsive and with great suggestions!! Couldn’t recommend this place more - we had a little girls trip and it was truly one of the best trips I’ve ever had!!! I can’t wait to come back

We had a very nice stay at Marcella’s place. Marcella was very responsive and helpful. The flat is comfortable and was very clean, and conveniently located to explore the region. The sea is just at the end of the street. We were there off season so it was ok to find a parking space.

Such a nice place outside of the touristy center of Taormina -- easy 15 min walk into where all the action is. Supermarket 5 mins walk away in a very local part of the town, no tourists in sight. Views from the house itself are phenomenal, we were able to catch a picture perfect sunset right from the very spacious balcony. Wouldn't hesitate to stay at Lorenza's place next time we're in the area!

Comfortable beachfront house

what can I say? Hosts are always kind and available for our requests. I also feel strongly about recommending the house to people who have a semi-ambulatory senior, few stairs and little street x the beach and if you do not want to go down you can enjoy the sea view even from home. I add that with the French door closed at night, you can't feel the night movement at all.
