Susanna, Sarah, and James were great co-hosts for our trip to the Catskills. We enjoyed the house, the outdoor space, and the proximity to Woodstock and other areas in the Catskills. We enjoyed our stay and would stay at the house again in the future.

What an amazing stay ! David was super attentive and helpful from inception . A one of a kind host . Me and my family had the please of staying in David’s beautiful home to spend the holiday of thanksgiving and what an experience it was . From the warm cozy cabin feeling , to the luxury of the heated indoor pool and sauna . This was truly a remarkable and beautiful experience for the ages. I would recommend this home to anyone looking for a calm getaway in a very quite town where your only true surrounding are the beauty of nature. Thanks again to David and his team for an amazing experience , and we’ll be looking forward to staying here again in the near future . Go ski season !

An amazing location when you want to get slightly off the grid for peace and tranquility. Everything you need to truly slow down, dial out and get peace, quiet and rest. An amazing spot for a weekend getaway. If you want to find yourself amongst serene surroundings and a quiet, private wooded area, this is the place. Just enough modern amenities to be comfortable, but just basic enough to make you slow down. Tanner the host was the most responsive and helpful host of any of the airbnbs we've ever stayed. Truly went above and beyond at every turn to make our stay as comfortable as possible. More than accommodating with every request.

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay. It was perfect for our weekend getaway from the city. The surroundings were beautiful and peaceful. Susanna was friendly and helpful and we greatly appreciate her for allowing us to stay there. We will most definitely be keeping this on our "Must Revisit" list.

there were 8 in our group ranging from teenagers to seniors, and we all enjoyed the home. There was plenty of room to spread out, and lots of options to all be together as well. we loved the well-stocked kitchen, the comfy living room, the cozy library and the huge dining room table. the bedrooms were spacious and the beds and linens were comfy. the bathroom in the primary bedroom was especially nice. we loved the character of the old farm house... lots of interesting nooks and crannies, gorgeous floor boards and moldings, beautiful antiques mixed with modern touches. the grounds were beautiful and fun to walk around. we would definitely stay again!

We had a great weekend celebrating our parents anniversary. The house was plenty big for all of us and the grounds are beautiful. Nathan was quick to respond when we had trouble navigating the AC and made sure we enjoyed our stay!

We really enjoyed the long weekend at Jaime’s place! The house is even more beautiful in person than the pictures with so many nice details. Jaime has thought of everything to make this home a great retreat. Felt immediately cozy and at home. We loved all the amenities- the hot tub, sauna, fireplaces, Sonos, Nespresso, TV, Nintendo classic (wow that was a fun surprise!), board games, fully stocked kitchen and amenities in all the bathrooms. We also loved the vintage rugs and amount of cozy nooks to relax in. Beds were comfortable and had ample space to spread out if you’re a large group. Lots of room to unpack and store your belongings in the closet. Everything in the house easy to operate and Jaime’s instructions were clear and was easily available for questions. Would love to return in summer & try the pool. My kids loved spending time at this house. Great location and easy access to Woodstock, Kingston & Hudson and looking forward to returning! This place is wonderful for our large family that was visiting the area for a beautiful fall wedding. The location was close to several fun attractions and we even made it into New York City. It was too cold to enjoy the large outdoor pool and the indoor pool wasn’t open but the fire pit was cozy. Definitely recommend this place. Thanks for sharing your home.

The house was clean and beautiful. We had some questions because our stay was over thanksgiving. They were responsive and helpful. The house is beautiful, warm and friendly. I highly recommend them and this house!!

Cozy spot in the Hudson Valley region, secluded but not too far of a drive to town. Beautiful clean and updated interior, serene woods behind the house with a hot tub and fire pit in the backyard. We took easy day trips to Beacon, Kingston, and West Point from here. Sahir was gracious and responsive as a host. Would highly recommend!

We had a great stay at The Joyce. Location was perfect for all the things we wanted to do. House had great amenities as well.

Scott hosted my friends and I in a beautiful home on the water. We enjoyed water sport activities, even in November! We were 10 minutes away from New Paltz and 10 minutes away from hiking spots! The house was east to locate, check-in to, and Scott communicated very effectively. We were even granted late check-out! The house was very charming, well-stocked, and clean. One of my favorite touches was the “pet essentials” corner. Scott provided our pup with a bed, food bowls, and a leash - very thoughtful! His rules are clearly explained and easy to follow. I would definitely recommend a stay at Scott’s and would love to return next time I’m looking to stay in the area.

Noah's place is a family friendly haven. We loved the design features, quiet location, and super clean cozy space. They have lots of activities (the barn has arcade games!). I highly recommend this home!

We stayed at Paula’s place over Thanksgiving break and had a wonderful time! My son and his friends enjoyed skiing, and we all appreciated the sauna and jacuzzi—it was such a treat after a day outdoors. It snowed during our stay, and someone came in the morning to clear the outdoor floors and the jacuzzi area, which was very thoughtful. The house is conveniently located near the ski mount and the town. Downtown is super charming, with lots of amazing stores to explore. The master bedroom has a king-size bed with a super firm mattress—it’s not an issue, but something to keep in mind if you prefer softer beds. Paula was an excellent host and always responded to my questions within 24 hours. Overall, we had a great experience and would recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy getaway!

Had a fantastic fall family trip here. This was our second time staying at Gavin and Alison’s and it was even better than the first! Beautiful fall foliage, very clean home, excellent communication with the hosts. We enjoyed so many indoor and outdoor fires, played games, and the dogs loved running in the backyard. The creek is a must see! Thanks for everything, can’t wait to return!

Perfect getaway! This serene house exceeded our expectations. Ideally located for college tours (just 1hr from SUNY Binghamton and 1hr from SUNY New Paltz). We explored nearby both colleges gems: Walkway Over the Hudson Bridge, Minnewaska State Park, and enjoyed dinner at Courtside Bar/Grill in Binghamton and “El Paso” in Highland. The house has everything needed for cooking; we loved using the indoor chimney and outdoor stove for grilling. The private creek and outdoor space are breathtaking - can't wait to return in summer! Don't hesitate to book; you won't regret it!

We have been using AirBnB for over 15 years and have stayed in places via AirBnB throughout the US (from California to Maine) and internationally (Hong Kong, Ireland, Perth and Hobart Australia to name a few)...and Karen's house is by far the best place we have ever stayed. A beautiful home in the woods and set back from the road, so perfectly quiet. The beds are unbelievably comfortable, and the kitchen has everything you need (we even baked two pies). The living room is a large open space with a functional wood stove that is easy to light and draws well. The east side of the living room has French doors that open to a spacious deck. The morning light is glorious. If you need a wonderful place to stay...this is it.

This was one of the nicest places we have stayed in! Patti was a responsive and exceptional host. The house was exactly as it appeared in the photos and is extremely well appointed. We are making plans to stay again! Thank you Patti and Bob!!

A beautiful and secluded place with a big backyard. Big enough to host and sleep 12 people comfortabley.

We had an incredible Thanksgiving stay. We had tons of room and our dogs loved the house and neighborhood. Vincent made everything extremely easy. We cooked a gourmet feast with the well stocked kitchen. We are avid cyclists riders and runners so we really loved the neighborhood. And ohhh the hot tub was wonderful. This was also the perfect location to hop over to Hudson daily. The location plus lakeside experience is so unique.

We had a blast at Faisal’s place! He was extremely accommodating for our large group and there was plenty of space for us all to sleep comfortably. The game room and pool were so much fun, exactly as pictured, and everything was clean and in great condition when we arrived. Faisal was a communicative, friendly, reliable host— we’d stay here again!

Terrific house. Very well kept, clean and on beautiful grounds. The house is cozy without being cramped at all. Bed linens and blankets were all high end and comfortable (no cheap bead spreads and polyester blankets). Jane was a great host, always responsive, gave us terrific recommendations for restaurants and shopping, and went the extra mile. It felt like having a family friend nearby. I highly recommend booking with her. We plan on booking this property again! It was perfect!

Really nice area with beautiful Mountain View’s . There is waterfall too :) Really recommend the house . It was definitely worth driving 3.5 hours each way !!!
