All services are very close, 2 minutes walk where we will find, Pharmacies, Parking, Restaurants, Burger King, Mercadona supermarket. The entrance door is on Calzada de Martianez, below the Hotel El Tope. The terrace of the penthouse is private and the apartment is accessed with a staircase of 16 steps.

A beautiful room in a prime location. Lots of restaurants and museums nearby, and a quick drive to anywhere in the north of the island. The white wine in the room is delicious! If you’re a light sleeper bring earplugs as the restaurant could be a little noisy. But lovely to hear the hustle and bustle of the town. The hosts are very responsive and helpful.

It's a wonderful house with a very special beautiful calm garden. We felt very welcomed and Linchi was very nice. The breakfast was amazing. There are two types of rooms: the one in the garden and the rooms to the street side, with windows to the street. Here you can hear the cars in the morning and during the day.

Had a wonderful stay overall at this property! The room was spacious and very clean. Easy commute to the bus stop and supermarkets. The only thing I would change would be to disclose the fee for late check in. There was a €40 euro fee for late check in, which there is no need as it was just a code to get in.

I had a wonderful stay at Alberto's. Since I had a lot of luggage, Alberto even picked me up by car at my previous accommodation. His finca is located on the slope between bananas and avocados with a view of the sea and the Teide - a dream! During the day you are largely alone in the house (with a cat), which was great for working. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could possibly need, the bed is huge and super comfortable. Small drawback, the room only has a small window. I thought the rooftop with a view was great. Because of the location on the very steep (!) slope, it is recommended to rent a car. On foot, you are in the village in about 15 minutes and on the city beach of Icod de los Vinos in about 20 minutes. The bus stop is also only a few minutes away. If there was a problem, Alberto took care of it right away - thank you very much! I would come back :)
