Vacation rentals with beach access in Aberdeen

Lovely flat in handy location for work in the region. Was surprised no tv but didn’t bother me. I couldn’t work out how to put on the heating but I didn’t bother Anne. She would’ve helped if I’d called her.

The flat is within an easy 20 minute walk from the train station (also on a bus route) and easy access to the city centre. We wanted to also be within walking distance of the university's Kings Hall. The accommodation was exactly what we required for two, although I think that if there had been four adults the sitting room would have been on the cramped size. We didn't cook, but there appeared to be everything needed to prepare meals in the kitchen; the fresh milk left in the fridge was much appreciated as we arrived in the late evening. The flat was very clean and in a good area, near a busy main road, but this did not disturb us at night.

Gemma was amazing with communication throughout, despite her being on holiday - she ensured that I was well informed and kept up to date. The place was lovely and cosy for us, in an extremely stormy and windy period in Scotland. Would highly trust and recommend!

We had a very nice stay in the apartment. I was very pleasantly surprised by how quiet it was and that we had a peaceful sleep every night without being woken up by neighbours getting ready or stuff happening outside of the building. It had most of the amenities we were looking for and Lucie replied quickly each time we messaged. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone.

Amazing flat and was very spacious for the 3 of us who stayed. Instructions to check in and check out were straightforward and easy to understand. There was also a guide on the local area which included numbers for taxi’s if required. If you are visiting Aberdeen I strongly recommend this as a place to stay 😊

Emma is a wonderful host, taking the time to meet us and check we were all settled okay. Ahead of our visit Emma responded very quickly with some suggestions for local restaurants. The Quayside and the Harbour Inn were great suggestions - thank you. The location is just perfect and we enjoyed our coastal walks. We had a wonderful break Emma thank you so much, and we hope to have the opportunity to come back again :-)

Absolutely spotless property, smelt amazing when I entered which gave it a homely feeling, can’t fault the place and I will be looking to book here again when I return. Very clean and a good nights sleep

Traveling with five children isn’t necessarily easy, so finding a place that not only accommodates us all, but also feels like a home, is great. The whimsical decor was perfect for a seaside stay with kids and there were lots of books for children and adults alike. It was a lovely stay.

This house is tremendous! It's in a perfect location with a view to die for. It's in a great part of the country with lots to explore from the doorstep or just look out the window 😁 I wouldn't change anything and highly recommend.

We had a lovely stay in Stonehaven. A couple of nights away with my hubby, son and girlfriend. Lovely coastal walk with the dogs. Accommodation very comfortable with everything you required for a nice stay away from home. Loved the air freshener in the lounge!

Lovely house spotless great kitchen well equipped the shower is amazing bathroom spotless beds very comfortable will definitely return on our next trip to Aberdeen Many thanks Simon

Well what can I say? This place was beautiful, so comfortable and warm. The views were breathtaking, the walk to the beach etc was lovely. The hot tub was great. The fact it was dog friendly made it an extra bonus and allowed us to have a wee holiday with our dogs as well. It was a great place to bring in the New Year as well. Seeing the fireworks in the distance and all the ferries beeping their horns was spectacular. Dean was fantastic and was always responsive, and gave loads of information and guidance, and recommendations for local restaurants etc. I will 1000% recommend this to everyone, and would 1000% visit again ❤️

We have had the most amazing 5 weeks in this beautiful house,it felt like home straight away. Elodie was so helpful and friendly. Definitely hope we will be back.

Lovely house and perfect location in the heart of Stonehaven. Everything is within walking distance including the beach, harbour, cafes and restaurants.

The cottage is fantastic. There is everything you need for a comfortable and cosy stay. Neil's info he sent was top notch including the use of what3words. There is plenty of space to be able to relax and chill out after a day's exploring or, in my case, work. I'll definitely book again when back in the area.

We had a great stay in Gourdon. The apartment was very comfortable and spacious, and the sea views were spectacular. We enjoyed the coastal walks and the Harbour inn was very cosy with good beer and food. Would recommend a stay here!

Coco and Cammy were wonderful to deal with and extremely helpful. One of the best experiences I have had booking through air B and B. I would highly recommend this wonderful flat. If I could, I would come back again for next year’s New Year’s Eve celebrations. It was fantastic.

The place was my home away from home. I had absolutely everything I needed. Located in a quiet area but also close to center and shopping areas. Sophie was a great host, very helpful and communicative. Highly recommended!

Fantastic flat, location is quiet but still very central, parking on street very easy. Everything you need is in the flat, shops nearby and Stonehaven is lovely. Jackie helped with a couple of queries during the stay and was very responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

Our third stay at Karen’s place and we’ve loved it every time. Such a great space inside and out. Gourdon is a lovely little seaside village for a holiday with nice walking paths along the coast in both directions, good local food, nice farm shops in the area, and plenty of things to do. I’m sure we’ll be back!

Absolutely fantastic apartment and a great host. Unfortunately our stay was cut short due to work commitments as it was a nice place to stay, hopefully will be back up soon

Stayed here for 3 nights while working near by. This flat has everything you could need, well kitted out with everything you could possibly need and spotlessly clean. Will stay here again.

I stayed at Rachaels place for almost 3 weeks and it was very homey with everything I needed! Close to lots of supermarkets/shops and walking distance to city centre. It was also not too far to walk to the university every day. No issues with check in or anything else during my stay :)
