Kleber was very polite and helpful, he helped me when I needed it. Great location, comfortable apartment and tidy with all the items we need.

Host very attentive and answering my questions quickly. Local super clean and exactly like this one in the photos. The whole process was excellent. Two things that happened to mention - the building lets have pets. There were some dogs in other apartments on the same floor, and they made too much noise (barking a lot) during the day and night. Another point was that one of the apartments were under renovation, and the noise started at 9 a.m. without fail and went all day. For those who need to work remotely on the computer, this is difficult. Of course this has nothing to do with the hosts, who were excellent in the service. I recommend!

I found a private and isolated noisy environment. The whole thing was very neat. The cell of the remote control of the room TV is failing need change. I didn't know there was an electric coffee maker because I had not bought coffee much less filter. In the most everything went beautifully. The host was extremely attentive. Grateful.
