We had a very relaxing stay at Anneke's place. The house is beautiful and in the Hot Tube you can relax wonderfully. Anneke is super easy to reach and always responds very quickly! Thank you for the wonderful time!

Great stay: the house felt really nice and well equipped. The amenities were amazing: the jacuzzi, bbq, tv and a nice kitchen. The host Richard was very chill and welcoming the entire time, recommended groceries delivery in advance and offered help on multiple occasions. Taxi coverage works great so the location was not too difficult to reach.

Great place to stay. Top quality property. Beautiful outlook and lots of amenities on the doorstep.

we stayed at Joop's house as a family. The house was great for us. Unfortunately, we were there in the fall and could not take advantage of the great terrace, the view and the water. I'm sure that's great in the summer.

We felt comfortable in the apartment immediately. It is very clean and decorated with taste. The kitchen is great. The view and location couldn't be better. We will be back for sure.

We had a very nice stay at Stephanie's place! Stephanie responded very quickly to our request, so we were able to book the beautiful apartment spontaneously on the same day. It was very clean and cozy, with a great location on the water! The city is within 5 minutes walking distance, which is why a car is not absolutely necessary. Despite being close to the city, it was super quiet at Stephanie's place and you could relax perfectly. The communication with Stephanie worked great at all times and we always received a quick response!

I had an absolutely fantastic time at this Airbnb! The place was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly friendly, communicative, and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was perfect. From the little thoughtful touches to the cozy atmosphere, it truly felt like a home away from home. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great experience, and I would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful time in the boathouse. Modern and very nicely decorated. The underfloor heating kept us perfectly warm. We felt very comfortable right away and would definitely come back. Only the walls are a little thin and therefore it is clairaudient. But that didn't affect us. Thanks to Dennis for the smooth process :)

One of the most beautiful places I’ve been to. Fantastic nature, close to the major cities Utrecht and Amsterdam, cca 30 minutes by car to either one. The apartment is on the roof of the building, surrounded by succulents and flowers. The view from the apartment is breathtaking. The nature park part of the lake is a must see. The staff is very helpful and friendly, we will be back for sure!

Really nice airbnb in a lovely quiet neighbourhood. Can get everywhere very easily via bike. Property is equipped with everything you would need! Fantastic stay.

The place is a dream, very open and yet the personal spaces feel very private. If you go with kids as a couple, this place is great for privacy. Many towels at our disposal which was great. I went with my friends and daughter. I didn’t use transportation. We had a private parking spot which was awesome. Thank you for everything. You can feel at home here. Very recommended!

Very nice unit with a beautiful park across the street. Plenty of restaurants and shops within walking/biking distance. I definitely enjoyed my time here and think you will too!

We celebrated a wonderful Christmas/Old and New vacation in Anja's cottage. Actually very little to add to the previous reviews. It is a cozy compact cottage that is equipped with all comforts. Everything works pleasantly and well, a nice underfloor heating, complete kitchen with induction hob and a very good combi oven. The bed is fine and the bathroom is spacious. And yes, the view is really very special, can see so far over the river landscape! (We just had to get used to much less views at home! :-) ) And there is even an electric charging point that we could connect our phev to. And finally, had a very nice energetic treatment at Anja's! Thank you Anja, for the lovely stay!

Very beautiful place peaceful relaxing

A very nice apartment. There were four of us living in it. However, there is no door for the second bedroom and in winter it can get a little cold upstairs. The complex is great and you have a nice direct access to the water. We enjoyed the time!

Very cozy cottage. Everything that you need for a very comfortable stay.

Had a very nice stay. Good communication with Richard to enter the cottage (he was still on vacation himself). Very clean cottage with all the comforts. Beautiful large garden with views and lots of tranquility. In the summer it seems wonderful to come back here. A double bed is on the landing and this space cannot be locked. With slightly older children, that is easy to do, but given the bed is on an open staircase, I do not recommend this for very young children. Or you have to sleep under a very sloping wall as parents. Underfloor heating was very pleasant. We had a great time in the area! Thank you Richard!

Nice little house, pleasant and warm in a quiet environment and a nice little town near Amsterdam. We did not meet Nicolas in person but, by message, he was concerned about his guests and responsive to questions.

A beautiful place on the water, from the cottage you look out over the water and there is also a nice seat on the water. The food at the Duck is highly recommended!

It was a restful stay, perfect for couples. The view was amazing. Everything was perfect.
