James was good at communicating, and left clear instructions for everything. He also met us on arrival. The bungalow was as per the description and photos (please note that bed 3-twin room has drawer clothes storage but no hanging space). It's clean, light and airy. The bungalow was in a quiet location and yet close to amenities and a short walk to the beach. We had 3 cars between us and were easily able to fit them on the driveway. We would happily return!" the house was as described but pictures don't it justice it was perfect for us we enjoyed Christmas day their with family who live ont the island the beach was just down the road with so e great pubs for lunch and drink any thing your not sure of just ask Sally and she replys immediately will definitely be looking to book again

The house was very clean and tidy and felt homely and cosy. The village is beautiful and peaceful, just right if you are looking for a quiet and relaxing time. With a big kitchen and two bathrooms, this is a perfect space for a family to stay. Gilly is a very friendly and helpful host. We would definitely stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay here, we felt very welcome and after a stressful journey Jo was so kind and got the bungalow ready for us as quickly as possible so we could check in early. It’s such a lovely space, very cozy and well equipped. The views are beautiful and the garden was perfect for the doggies. The beds and pillows are very comfortable, we all slept so well. We had a lovely breakfast basket, treats for the doggies and Jo left me a card for my birthday. It’s a great location to explore, we would highly recommended staying here.

This a real gem, perfect for exploring the Isle of Wight. The property is tucked away in a quiet mews only 2 minutes from the town centre. The house was immaculate upon arrival and Susan the host had left some nice touches like the bottle of Prosecco in the fridge, as well as other treats. Very comfortable beds and a decent shower which was nice. Lovely spacious downstairs accommodation and nice comfy sofas in the lounge. Outside is a real sun trap ideal for eating al fresco or just sunbathing. The host Susan was very helpful and always responded quickly. A great find, and highly recommended!

Lovely and beautiful caravan. It had all the amenities for a family break and the all the little extra touches made it even special. The kids loved the surprise easter chocolate eggs and the great selection of games. Carly was very responsive and was available for help throughout the stay. The location is very beautiful and with a walkable distance to the beach and cliffs nearby. It was our wedding anniversary and we had a great time. Would definitely recommend.

We booked this for 3 nights for a last minute break in the Easter Holidays. It was a lovely space for a family of 4 with everything we needed. The holiday park itself is very clean with plenty to do. You will need to pay for a pass to use the facilities (including the restaurant) which worked out £100 for a family of 4. The indoor swimming pool got very busy, however, I think this was because the outdoor pool wasn't open yet and it was a bit chilly for the beach - so I imagine that during the summer people spread out a bit more! We booked the The Beachcomber restaurant for our first evening. The food was ok but it was a fun place to eat as a little robot brings your food over. Overall, we had a lovely break and we would probably return in the future.

We absolutely loved our week here. The house itself was really well equipped for our two families and young children- everything we needed! A really spacious home and comfy bedrooms. The location was ideal- the IoW is simply stunning and it was the perfect place to explore it from. We could walk to the beach, shops, pub and restaurants which was ideal. The coast is beautiful and it was the perfect holiday thank you!
