Beautiful home, highly recommend for trips with a larger group :)

We've had a great time at Bartosz's place in Przybedza. The house is spacious and well equipped so ideal for a larger group. I loved the location at the end of the village in Beskidy with the woods directly behind the house. It is exactly the setting we were looking for- fresh mountain air, the total darkness of the night (the stars look amazing!!!) and the sounds of the small local farms nearby. The house has all the necessities like the 5G internet, Netflix, coffee machine that make you feel at home. With the addition of the sauna, piano and balconies for all the bedrooms the house made our stay in Beskidy even nicer. The house has plenty of character, it's easy to find and all instructions are clear, thank you for hosting us Bartosz!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful place. Check in was flexible and easy, as was check out. The house is lovely, in a beautiful location and has everything you would ever want and need for the perfect relaxing stay. We will definitely be back, thank you so much for making it stress free and such a fun stay.

Fantastic location, very beautifully designed! Breathtaking view. Exciting offroad adventure. Luxury in nature. Very friendly hosts. The extra prices and calculation methods for whirlpool & sauna should be shown more explicitly, so tried avoid a bit negative surprises. However, all in all a really great experience, which we recommend a lot and we would enjoy it to come back one day.

We've had an amazing stay at Karolina's place! It was an excellent base for skiing at the nearby Czarny Gron resort (10 minutes drive). The garden was lovely, and despite it being winter we really enjoyed being in the garden and bbq'ing. The rooms are very comfortable, and the kitchen had everything you would need including a great coffee machine with coffee! One of the best AirBnb's we've stayed at over the past 8 years.

We had a great stay! Our family moved from several places in the world and from Poland, so we were looking for a special place to spend Christmas. A beautiful, quiet place. A home equipped with all the necessary amenities to prepare meals-from quickly reheating to cooking holiday dishes. Everyone found their own corner, and at the same time we had a large enough shared space to stay together. We highly recommend this place. Thank you and kind regards, Sabina! 🙂

A very nice place with the possibility of lighting a fire in the fireplace, which made every evening special. A clean and well-maintained, atmospheric apartment in an old townhouse. Electrically heated or warm from the fireplace in the winter. Close to many restaurants, shops, everything you need at your fingertips.

definitely worth the price! There was even an indoor garage! a small minus I count the hard-opening door to the cage :( and only one pair of keys for six people-which especially in the conditions of the famous Szczerski Snowfest Festival required a lot of coordination between 6 people when some people wanted to come back from a festival that lasted until 4am, sleeping people had to be on the phone and waking up to open the door, one extra pair of keys would solve the problem. However, given all the benefits of this apartment and its great location, I rate the stay at a definite five stars and definitely fire it back!

Unique and spacious apartment. Well-equipped until you don't want to get out of it. Peaceful😉 neighborhood is conducive to relaxation, walking distance to the center, not far from the ski lifts. I recommend!

We had a great stay during the Christmas world. All the more so we had our game (cat+dog) with us. Potoczówka is not only a place where you stay, but a beautiful area with the sound of a stream, a gazebo, a place for a barbecue or a fire, for a walk with a dog. The apartment is located on the main road, but the rooms are located towards the grove and the creek, so it doesn't bother sleeping. A beautiful large window in the living room and bedroom with a double bed is noteworthy. In addition, from both bedrooms, you could walk out to a shared balcony to admire the beauty of nature. Lots of greenery around the house. Accents characteristic of the highland tradition. Lots of wood and stone in a modern style. Motorized parking spaces. Close to nature reserve or Black Gronio.

Everything was perfect, the apartment itself is very cozy and clean, and the views are absolutely delightful. The location is excellent – about 5 minutes by car or 15-20 minutes walk to the A1 ski lift. Communicating with your host is quick and helpful. Highly recommend!

Genuinely top-level spot for a getaway party. The house is fully prepared for having fun in a good style. Spent the weekend with 12 ppl here, everything served us well. Patryk was very responsive and open. Positive things you may not spot on photos: - the tv is a smart TV - there’s really a lot of dishes, glass and cutlery - there are three different balls: soccer, volley and rugby. Small thing but adds up. - you also have hammock - IT’S REALLY QUIET unless there’s another party near by* The pool table, darts and fusball are not a top quality but still they work and provide fun. *You may only keep in mind that there’s another huge party house right next to this one, so you may find another party / trip next to yours at the same time - that’s exactly what we had. But it was not a problem for us, actually we liked the other guys a lot. Your terrace will be on the other side of the house so you keep your privacy and eventually parties do not blend too much. Strongly recommend!

We had an absolutely incredible month-long stay at this beautiful villa. It was the perfect retreat for our family to unwind and spend quality time together. The privacy of the villa allowed us to truly relax, and we enjoyed every minute—from reading books, having fun in the pool, to unwinding in the sauna, and gathering around the cozy fireplace. The villa itself is even more stunning than the photos, with breathtaking views that left us in awe every day. Katarzyna & Anna were amazing—always responsive and attentive to all our needs. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, even surprising us with thoughtful gifts from their local farm. Their warmth and hospitality made our experience truly special. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a peaceful and luxurious getaway. We will definitely be back!

We stayed at this cottage and were very satisfied! Nearby there is a forest, stunning nature is the perfect place to relax from the hustle and bustle of the city. The house is spacious and has 4 full bedrooms. We especially recommend ordering a sauna and jacuzzi — it adds a special charm to relaxation and allows you to fully relax. Anna is very responsive: she responds promptly to any questions. Of the unexpected things: If you plan to use the grill in winter, be sure to let us know in advance, as in Poland it is not very popular in winter, and the accessories to the grill can be removed. We also had force majeure — a blackout in the area, which, as it turned out, can happen in such areas. However, the issue was fixed within a few hours. In this case, you should have a supply of food that does not require cooking, and be prepared for possible temporary inconveniences with water. Overall, the place is perfect for a peaceful getaway in nature and we would love to come again.
