Take it easy at this unique, restful place to stay. You sleep in a great place, away from the inhabited world and on the water. You can enjoy the vast landscape and the tranquility with a beautiful sunset. Experience it for yourself and enjoy the tranquility! From the terrace you can immediately get on the water in one of our canoe's and in the morning there are fresh eggs. We are happy to be able to host guests again after a significant period of renovation. We now live in the back of the yard ourselves.

Experience of an at-home feeling in our little house with citygarden. Suitable for one or two persons (5 max.) but also for groups of friends (up to 6 persons). Childfriendly. first breakfast is ready upon arrival. Supermarket nearby is at Meeuwerderweg 96-98 (open until 10 p.m./Sunday 8 p.m.) The B&B does not have its own parking space. Not far and the cheapest option is the Oosterpoort parking garage - street name is Trompsingel 23

This (entire!) house is located at water with a magnificent view. The city of Groningen can be reached in 20 minutes by car car. The center of Zuidlaren is easily accessible by bike. There are many possibilities to explore the area: walking, cycling or by boat. Our vacation home is located in a nature reserve. The house with lots of privacy is located on a large private property with parking spaces.

Comfortable historic house in the city center

Maurits really is a super host. Friendly, responsive, helpful; among the very best hosts at airbnbs we've stayed. The kitchen did not have a microwave, and he bought one for us. Would stay with him anytime anywhere. Location was perfect, walk to bus stops, center of town, and both an Albert Heijn and Jumbo. The house was an authentic schipperswonig, but outfitted with an electronic lock system and heating system that was quiet and effective. Note three things to guests: (1) typical Dutch flight of stairs, but good handrail and perfectly navigable (better than most); (2) oven and mirrors at height suitable for > 180 cm tall Dutch person; (3) Groningen is a university town and current next door neighbors are students who had extremely noisy friends every Thursday night (very late); they did respond to our complaint, but needed to be told twice. All in all, a very enjoyable stay.

We spent a wonderful week at Aagje in Een-West. Beautiful spacious house with a lovely garden. Good beds. We met wonderfully sunny weather. Since it is still early in the year, it was also wonderful to sit in the igloo greenhouse at the end of the afternoon;where it was warmed up by the sun. Aagje is a very sweet hostess;cheerful,interested and always willing to give information about the beautiful surroundings. Had a wonderful week between the birdsong and the humming of the bees. A place to relax and unwind. The house was spacious and equipped with every comfort. As icing on the cake, spent another evening in a hot tub with a view of the setting sun in the meadow. Contact with the hostess was pleasant and went smoothly.

Fantastic house in stunning location, right at the center of Winsum at a canal! Beautiful house with three bedrooms, we stayed as a family of five, but the house is also great for a group of friends. Huge space downstairs, kitchen well equipped. Toilet and bathroom both upstairs, and a typical dutch steep staircase, but we've seen them waaay steeper, this one wasn't bad ;-) Nice restaurants close by, and we just loved "our" private back terrace! Host is super helpful, always fast responsive! Do stay if you have a chance!
