Vacation rentals with a patio in Zona Tortona, Milano

Great to wake up in the morning and see the mountains. Quiet area even on the evening return. Even though I was alone, I was very quiet, especially because the house is super quiet. Close to downtown served by subway just 20 minutes away. I'll be back as soon as I can. Simona is really accommodating

The apartment is lovely, very clean, modern, easy access and the aesthetic is lovely. There is a shopping centre across the road and also many restaurants to go. Very easy to get the train from the airport and walk from the stop to the apartment. Easy access to the underground trains to visit anywhere in Milan. Overall had a lovely holiday staying here, the hosts are very helpful and responsive, the apartment is very clean and it’s in a great location.

Fantastic place to stay. Marina and her son greeted us on arrival and were super friendly and welcoming. The place itself was spotless and looked even better than the photos. It was decorated beautifully and had a lot of charm so we felt at home right away. The neighbourhood was quiet but close to all amenities one could need. I highly recommend this place.

The apartment was fresh, clean, and truly spacious, making it comfortable even for four people. It was also very well-equipped—we were all really impressed and felt well taken care of. If I had to mention one small drawback, an additional pan would have been helpful. But that’s just a minor thing; overall, the apartment was simply awesome! 🪻 ^^

The accommodation is a one-bedroom apartment with a spacious living room and kitchenette complete with microwave, electric formo, coffee machine and all cooking utensils; an essential but cozy bedroom and a bathroom complete with all comforts. The apartment has a private balcony with chairs and tables. It sits less than 15 minutes from city life and just over 5 minutes from the M1 and M5 metro, so you can get around very easily in areas like the Duomo or Chinatown. Davide is also a fantastic host, he welcomed us in person, he explained everything we needed to be able to have the best stay, he always cared about how we were living the stay and was always super responsive in his responses, ready to give advice and always ready to answer questions and try to make the experience perfect. I would definitely come back!

Very cozy ,modern ,tastefully furnished studio. Located in the greenery and on the top floor of a building, it is extremely bright and quiet, despite being within walking distance of all useful services and the vehicle that takes you directly to the center. Damiano is very kind and helpful; next time for sure, if the apartment is free, I'll be back . Thank you Damiano for hosting

excellent accommodations

The place is extremely clean and well maintained. The view is stunning. Its a very comfortable place to stay. We hired a car from the airport and spent the week exploring the lakes and made a couple of visits to Milan. The whole area is beautiful and Delia's place is a great location to explore from if you have a car. Delia and her son Marco were very helpful and friendly and gave us good suggestions of places to eat nearby. Its a very peaceful location definitely not the place for a stag or hen do, but ideal place to relax and explore the lakes from.

We felt very comfortable in the house Everything as on the pictures , pool was also great , barbecue was available , enough space to park. Andrea was very friendly, the communication was excellent and otherwise we were also satisfied.

We had a really great stay at Fabios. The place was as advertised and was easy to check both in and out. Throughout our stay they made sure to check in with us via messages and they were constantly offering their help. At points it could be a little loud in the apartment (from general street noise and cars driving around at night) but that is what can be expected when visiting a big city. Other than that the apartment was great. Located right next to a bus stop that could easily get you close to the city centre. All in all, very happy with our stay here.

This is the perfect little apartment to stay in for a weekend in Milan. It’s compact but has everything and more that you could want. Unfortunately the weather for us meant that we couldn’t make use of the little balcony area but I imagine in summer that would be fabulous to have your morning coffee. The shower was powerful and red hot. The apartment was so warm and toasty too but it was easy to turn the radiator down when it got too warm. There was plenty of space for us to get ready, have breakfast in the apartment and chill out. The bed was also very very comfortable to get into after long days of walking and exploring. The apartment is located close to the station centrale which means it is perfect for airport access too as it’s only one bus or train away. There is a mini mart right next door for drinks and snacks and just a short walk down the street is the best gelato we have ever had. We also highly recommend following the suggestions in Michele’s welcome guide, delicious!

Samuele was always quick to respond. The place is even nicer and bigger than in pictures. Have a great time and can't wait to come back here sometime. The location is also perfect with lots to do in beautiful chinatown.

The apartment is clean, filled with all the amenities, and located in a nice neighborhood. The apartment is close to the airport, clean and tidy.

A great apartment, spacious and very clean. Fantastic comfy beds, great kitchen space. Super responsive host answered any questions really quickly and so helpful before and our stay. The apartment is located in a great area, easy walk to city centre and the playground for the children and also free parking around the house. A great location, super hosts, definitely I'm going back in the future after this lovely Christmas in Novara. Thank you Marta for everything!
