Vacation rentals in Zona Industriale San Cataldo Scalo

We really enjoyed our one week stay at Rosanna and Gaetano's 'ranch-style' house, which is low slung and sits in a generous olive tree grove, with a wrap-around terrace that offers shady seating areas. The house accommodates up to six people, and could accommodate a family of four very generously, though we were only two, so the place space felt huge. We especially enjoyed the outdoor shower after a morning at the sandy beach, about 1 mile from the house. The surrounding countryside is arid (July) and evocative. Rosanna and Gaetano were perfect hosts, extremely welcoming and responsive throughout. We speak hardly any Italian and we speak hardly any English but we managed to communicate fine. They twice dropped off fresh pastries, were very helpful with local restaurant recommendations and when our return flight was cancelled they were flexible about letting us stay for a couple more nights. A great place with great hosts!

Just returned from a wonderful 11 days at the villa. The accommodation and grounds were more than enough room for all 9 of us (5 adults 4 children). The villa is super clean, nicely presented and situated in a beautiful rural location, which is very accessible from one of the main roads. We loved the large pool and there was plenty of room poolside for the kids to play football and have fun. It was also very safe for our adventurous two year old. Kathryn and her husband were first class hosts, providing us with useful information, sweet treats, and allowing us to pick fresh fruit from the farm. They were attentive to our every need. We also enjoyed using the barbecue, watching the sunset and having walks around the farm. Piazza Armerina is a nice, quiet little town. There are some good restaurants and people are very friendly. We also visited Taomirna, Enna and Caltagirone. It was a perfect getaway and we would definitely book again.

We received a very warm welcome from Giuliana and her family. We were immediately impressed, the house is even more beautiful in real life than in the pictures. The house is wonderfully furnished and decorated! Nothing was missing and everything worked perfectly. We really enjoyed the pool, especially the water feature with the waterfall and the massage jets. The sunsets from the terrace were a dream. The view, even during the day, is outstanding. The whirlpool is certainly the highlight. Giuliana was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. We also received great recommendations for the area. We had a wonderful time at Villa Deolinda and would love to come back. An absolute recommendation!

Calogero’s home helped make this our best family vacation. The views are stunning - pictures are amazing but don’t do them justice. Each room offers plenty of space. Beds are comfortable and appreciated having a private bathroom in each bedroom. We often started the morning by stepping outside to enjoy the sunrise over the mountains. We also walked down the driveway to greet the horses in the stable and Max, the dog who stood watch. The owner fixed amazing Sicilian dinners for us. A few things to note: the light switch panel took some getting used to, and while the kitchen and laundry areas are spacious, we had to buy some basic supplies like paper towels and detergent. Also, be sure to pack your own soap and shampoo to replenish what is originally provided. We found a grocery store nearby. Get your steps in touring as there isn't great gym equipment. The home’s proximity to Cefalù made it perfect for easy day trips. Overall, thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to go back!

Giuseppe's place is a beautiful country house, with a wonderful view of the Bay of Mollarella. The home is equipped with a spacious and comfortable outdoor space, with a comfortable outdoor shower and barbecue. The accommodation is very cool and ventilated and in any case it is equipped with air conditioning. The house is equipped with everything. The hosts are very kind, helpful and attentive to every possible need. Upon our arrival, they made us find fresh fruits, as much as necessary for breakfast and other useful items for the stay. Highly recommended! You will be amazed by the breathtaking sunset over the sea!

Charming hosts. Villa had 3 large bedrooms - two of which had front facing sea views. Large downstairs space, fabulous large terrace. Private drive with electric gates We loved the peace and quiet You definitely need a car and the drive in the dark initially was daunting but in daylight it was fine. Licata was an authentic town with lovely streets and beaches We would definitely return

Excellent location over looking the harbour. Very central location with easy access to all the best local restaurants. Also a great base to go and visit Agrigento and the Valley of the Temples.
