Dream home (Nicola - I - (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) “Villa Dolce” is a large and architecturally valuable home, surrounded by a very large park in the "heart of the Prosecco area" just a 45-minute drive from Venice and 60 minutes from Cortina D'Ampezzo. A warm and welcoming home on three floors, carefully furnished: the ideal location to spend relaxing moments and a dream vacation. The accommodation: You will have 1 triple bedroom, 2 double bedrooms, each with bathroom, complete with bathtub or shower, sink, bidet, 1 other bedroom with "French" bed and toilet, living room with fireplace in Louis XV style, dining room, entertainment room, kitchen, ATTIC with air conditioning, fireplace and living room. Air conditioning is present only in the attic as in the rest of the house the temperature is pleasantly cool thanks to the size of the rooms and their structural conformation. In the garden: you will have a wonderful park with monumental trees that will also allow you to dine outdoors or simply read a good book, sitting in a comfortable deckchair, while your children play in complete serenity. Separate Men's and Women's bathrooms Annex: Inside the annex you will find a fireplace where you can "grill" (barbecue) and spend pleasant evenings, sitting at the table, in complete relaxation; a cook is available on request. About: The property is located in the center of the Prosecco DOCG area and is particularly convenient for reaching Venice, which is 45 minutes away, or Cortina d'Ampezzo which is 60 minutes away. Maria Teresa is an amazing host, very polite and reacts fast to messages. The Appartment and the view are even better than the pictures can show, very clean and it felt cozy as soon as we stepped in. For people who want to calm down for a few days I can definitely recommend. A lot of possibilities for hiking all around! We enjoyed our stay a lot.

Beautiful, modern and large apartment that was top equipped. Great bathrooms and a lot of space. The entire complex is well maintained and the heated pool is just great. We were able to check in much earlier and the landlord is easily accessible and already communicates a lot before. We had a great and uncomplicated time.

I stayed at Gabi's place with my husband and 1 year old son. We had a really wonderful stay- the apartment is lovely, well equipped and has a great private outdoor space with a table and seating area. There is also a communal pool, outdoor gym and paddle boarding equipment which we used. We loved the short quiet 7 minute walk down to the beautiful harbour for morning coffee. Gabi was a fantastic host, very responsive and helpful. Having fresh bread and croissants delivered each morning was the cherry on top! Thank you!

First of all, Elisabeth and her husband were always quick to respond to messages and were patient waiting for our arrival in the evening. Pros: nice, well-stocked, new and clean apartment. Cons: as a condiment there was only salt, it could also be useful to provide oil, etc. As only and only defect, perhaps the slight noise caused by the street but nothing can be done and it goes back to all the other qualities! I would say that the value is more than great, so if it happens I will come back here!

We were a big family of 10, who had a great time at Velentina's house. For us (8 adults and 2 children), it was great: enough space in the house for all of us with two kitchens and three baths, great location at Lake Garda and it's in a very quiet area, which is very nice. Whenever we had a question, the host responded quickly and friendly. Valentina had many great recommendations for our trip to Italy. We can recommend this house, and would like to come back to the San Felice/ Saló area.
