There are 2 bedrooms en suite and a seperate toilet. Downstairs are another 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, lounge area leading outside to a braai with a lovely view over the rock pool and garden. Parking for 6 vehicles. There are 3 smart tv's, DSTV, Wifi with back up inverters, dishwasher. This home makes happy memories.

Poynton's Cottage is a beachfront property set in a large, private garden. The cottage has a protected patio where you can sit and enjoy uninterrupted views of the sea, and watch bottlenose dolphins surfing the waves. Spend your days swimming, fishing, snorkeling or picking mussels from the nearby rocks. This is one of the few quiet beaches left on the KZN North Coast and with its wonderful rock pools it is ideal for small children. For rainy days, Ballito and Umhlanga are just 10 minutes away.

One bedroomed cottage-private beach access.

My cottage is situated on the beach and is close to all amenities. 5 minutes by car to the CBD of Ballito and close to the airport. You’ll love my place because of the direct access onto the beach and I am situated above the famous Thompsons Bay Tidal pool.. My place is good for couples and business travelers. It is not suitable for small children under 5 . We also have a big dog that is very friendly but can occasionally bark. VIP Students over the Rage festival are not allowed.

Tucked away one road back from Ballito’s main beaches, this 2 bedroom unit is on the edge of a beautiful natural coastal forest. Filled with bird life, mongeese and if you’re lucky, a few bush baby’s. There are 2 main bedrooms both with double beds, and 2 single bunks for the kids. There’s an outside patio to relax on, and the property is very secure with an active alarm system, electric gate, high fence and 3 parking spaces for vehicles. We, the hosts, live in the downstairs unit.

Beautiful family home with spectacular views

Our beautiful is close to the beach, spacious living and large entertainment area with great views. Home away from home . A place to seriously relax and (URL HIDDEN) place is good for couples and families (with kids). The swimming pool can be netted if needed and there is wheelchair access to all areas of the house. There is a solar powered inverter and back up water tanks on the property so load shedding is not a problem.

What an amazing getaway - absolutely stunning views, walking distance from the beach and near amazing restaurants and shops. We had our toddler and our senior dog with us, and both of them enjoyed it thoroughly. Felt like home away from home. Perfectly located home for those travelling with children and pets. All amenities from shops, restaurants and the main salt rock beach are close by. Ballito is a hop, skip and jump away with all its beaches, shops and restaurants. The pool is a winner for afternoon swims after long days at the beach. You won't be disappointed booking this spot!

Ah, got it! Here's a revised version reflecting that it's your second stay with the same host, but at a different property: Another Great Experience with This Leo & Kerry This was my second stay with Leo & Kerry—and once again, everything was perfect. The home was beautifully maintained, comfortable, and had all the thoughtful touches that made the stay extra special. The consistency in quality and hospitality across both properties really stands out. Highly recommend staying at any of their places

Absolutely lovely flat. The linens, made by Camille’s company it turns out, were some of the nicest I’ve ever slept on — and I’ve spent a great deal of time in luxury hotels for work. ( If you’re local check out That’s Linen ). If, like me, you’re booking because it’s walking distance to stuff, be prepared for a workout on the way home. But hey, great views don’t come without steep climbs.

Shaun was a great Host! Our first day, the municipal power was out, Shaun immediately notified us and left our deep freeze full of ice so that we could keep everything cold that we needed to. The second the power came on he rushed over and set everything up for us. He politely directed us to get to the beach including great restaurant recommendations (that were really amazing). The living space was really amazing, cozy and felt like we were right at home. The kitchen had everything we could’ve possibly needed from food storage containers to fabric softener! The best part of it all his place is dog friendly and our little ankle biter loved it! The yard space we had was perfectly secure and had its own walkway gate. We were not kept on a “curfew” which was perfect. The main beach is literally a 10 min stroll from Shaun’s Place. We had horrible and gloomy weather but with the hospitality we received and lovely place we stayed at made it all worth it!

Marne has attended to so many small details of making this small but inviting airbnb a haven for a traveler like myself who really appreciates a quiet place of solitude with my work. The small cottage has everything you need. Even Marné’s PDF file with details of how the shower works, where great local restaurants are, how to find the key, asking if I’d like to have my room freshened up during the week. I could go on…I would highly suggest this place! Thanks again Marne!

Velly was very friendly and accommodating. the housekeeper was literally a phone call away. the apartment is conveniently situated and has everything one needs for a quick getaway. the staircase is very steep though and will not be ideal for someone who has mobility challenges. we had a very comfortable stay and it was excellent value for money.
