Nice apartment in an A location! Beautifully spacious complex that was recently built. We had the pool all to ourselves! Location is very close to Cabo Negro beach and various restaurants. Perfect base to explore the surroundings. Ahmad was friendly and made us feel completely at home. We could always reach out to him with questions. The apartment is modern, spacious and clean and has high speed internet and good wifi coverage. In short: we have enjoyed and will definitely be back! Thank you Ahmad!

The Beautiful View!

Nasser's place is truly a little pearl. The apartment has everything you need and is as described and in the photo. Overall really very comfortable. Great view, the terrace to sit outside, the direct access to the garden (which is especially great with children), several pools, very quiet safe location. By car, the beaches, shops, Tetouan and the surrounding area of Tangier are also easily accessible. Nasser is a great host, nice communication, super helpful, very good recommendations about the area and he even invited us to open his cookie shop, unfortunately we were already on the plane back there, but it is certainly worth going by there:-). The short version in English: great place, very clean, quiet area, great garden area for kids incl several pools, Nasser is a fantastic host. We had very relaxing 5 days. Thanks Nasser :-)

I had a wonderful stay at this villa in Tetouan! The property is exactly as described, with a peaceful garden and beautifully maintained surroundings. The interiors are clean, spacious, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, including a well-stocked kitchen and reliable Wi-Fi. The location is excellent quiet and serene while still being close to local attractions. Yassin, the host, was incredibly friendly and responsive, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience from start to finish. I highly recommend this villa for anyone visiting Tetouan. It's the perfect place for a relaxing getaway, and I would definitely return in the future!

Hicham was very responsive and kind. This place was a perfect stay, the balcony view, the cleanliness, everything met our expectations and more. Taxis are accessible on the street, not a problem. Walkable to the train, mini market, and more....Wish the stay was longer. Definitely would choose this place again and for a longer stay. Thank you so much we really enjoyed our stay.🙂

Our stay was a perfect blend of hotel luxury and the warmth of home. The property was beautifully designed, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. I stayed at Driss' house with my family and it was really perfect. The appartment is located inside a complex that has security guard in the entrance. Very clean, green and has two swimming pools! Driss is an extremely nice person who was very responsive and helpful for us. His place is spotless clean, comfortable equipped with all the necessary amenities and equipments. He provided clean sheets and pillows. The Appartment has an outstanding View on the garden and pool. There is also a smart TV for a cozy moment with family. I highly recommend Driss ' place for a stay in Martil or the neighbouring towns.

Attentive host, always quick to respond and willing to help. The apartment is as shown in the photos, very clean and everything works. Location is at walking distance of the mall, train station and the beach walk. 5 minutes car ride to the old medina.
