Our stay in this beautiful, idyllic farmhouse was just perfect. Upon arrival, we immediately felt at home. The breakfast was a dream, lovingly prepared and incredibly delicious with attention to detail. Johan and Imi were very friendly, attentive and always there for us. It was a real pleasure to be here, we would have liked to have stayed longer. Thank you for this wonderful time!

Luka’s Hut is bliss. Gorgeous, relaxing setting. Lovely decor and outdoor spaces. Fantastic sauna. Well-supplied kitchen. Welcoming for our dog and thoughtfully provisioned for comfort.

A wonderful, beautiful place to relax and unwind. Beautiful cottage with a beautiful, spacious garden. Very quiet and relaxed.

We had a very nice stay. Nice space, good beds and also the towels and soaps very nice. Beautiful in the woods and great distance from, for example, Apeldoorn.

The host was very friendly, and communication was good. The location is very quiet, and there are parking spaces available. A supermarket and a gas station are within walking distance. I would definitely stay there again.🙌

We had a pleasant stay. The accommodation is well equipped, the bedding is of quality. In the middle of nature and exotic. I would recommend it in a second.

Highly recommend. This cozy, yet spacious, tiny house is the perfect escape from Amsterdam. Tucked away in the back garden of the main house with a back garden of its own, it is quiet and private. The sleeping loft is very comfortable. The house sits on the edge of a wood with walking and cycle paths. Nationaal Park Utrechtse Heuvelrug is a just a 15 minute cycle. The towns of Houten and Culemborg are within an hour cycle. Would definitely return.

We had a great long weekend with my parents at Marian's cottage. The cottage is very nice and decorated with attention to detail, making you feel right at home there. Upon arrival there were some snacks and a bottle of wine ready. The beds slept wonderfully. The cottage was even more spacious and beautiful than in the photos. Cozy seat in the back with wide views of meadows. Sheep (and when we were there many lambs) walk behind the house. That's fun entertaining. Also nice that there is a BBQ and a fire bowl. We were lucky with the weather; so we sat on the terrace a lot. The bikes provided were very convenient. The Wekeromse Zand is within walking distance. From the cottage you walk between the meadows to this nature reserve, ideal. Nice and quick contact with Marian.

Lovely cabin in a beautiful location. The house was clean, tidy and comfortable with everything provided that we could need to cater for ourselves. Bathroom was well stocked and the shower was hot with good pressure. Nice private garden with fire pit was great for toasting marshmallows. Neighbourhood was really quiet and peaceful, extremely green (it feels like you are in the woods) but close to plenty of amenities. Has a very family friendly vibe. Short walk to the shops/supermarket etc. and even closer to the woods/lakes etc. Lots of good outdoor routes to explore. Adva was great with some walking recommendations. 20-30 mins drive to Utrecht and Amsterdam so easy to dip in for a restaurant etc. although there are some good local restaurants which Adva can also fill you in on. Adva in general was a brilliant host, responsive, helpful and thoughtful. Kid loved it, dog loved it, adults loved it, would highly recommend!
