The accommodation is very comfortable, it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The house is spacious and in excellent condition. We'll definitely be back.

Spectacular location, and the house was perfect for our large group, seeking a quiet place to catch up on a weekend. A short trip from Santiago, we easily accommodated 3 large families. The views were amazing, the quincho perfect for grilling while looking out at the ocean, and the fish market and ocean are a short walk away. Local restaurants are also very close. I would love to come back! Communication with Cristian was excellent.

Excellent accommodation, the best value for money. All clean, comfortable and cozy. It was very easy to communicate, they responded quickly to any requirement. less than 10 mins by car from Papudo, full of convenience stores nearby. Highly recommended!

We had very nice days, really the apartment is exquisite. Spacious, with a beautiful view and equipped with everything needed. Pablo is very attentive and willing to answer our questions. Definitely a 10 out of 10.

Marbella is very cute, well-kept gardens, nice constructions, everything white. No beach access, only by car in season not high. And it's very difficult to park in Maitencillo. In January and February there are buses in Marbella that take you to Maitencillo (beach) every half an hour. The most incredible thing about this apartment, which is on the front line, is the ocean view. Wonderful. You feel inserted in the sea! Waking up to that view is a privilege. And the terrace is very comfortable. The apartment is well equipped. The double bed although only two squares, is very nice, very comfortable. I love the pillows! The apartment is very small, I suggest to specify in the listing. The owner, Janet, is very concerned, very nice, very kind. In short, for two people, the apartment is very, but highly recommended.

Excellent apartment. Very nice, well set in addition to super clean and tidy. You can see the affection and concern in all the details. The view is a very important plus to consider and the proximity to everything, even to walk as well. The other important thing is that the building looks like a hotel. Nice outdoor pool and the best part is that the temperate is also enabled. Julia is an excellent host, all the time she is attentive to our stay.

Amelia saved us from a last minute cancellation by our previous hosts which stranded our family without a place to stay. She was able to confirm with us and be there within 30 minutes which is amazing. Our twin girls LOVED the bed/lounge/couch area with large TV. There were 3 separate sleeping areas big enough for our family of 4 adults, 2 kids - while also giving us some privacy from each other. The loft style home is beautiful and the girls couldn't have been happier here for their birthday. Thanks again.

The apartment is very well cared for and everything you need to spend quiet days and enjoy the beach. it's superbly located and jenny was always worried for us to have a good time.

I want to highlight the willingness and hospitality of Vicente and her family. The place is beautiful and ideal to rest. I absolutely recommend it.

We've been regular visitors to Zapallar for about 20 years and have stayed at a range of private and hotel properties. This one just blows your mind. Set inside a private estate, which is something we'd usually avoid simply because we prefer to be closer to the environment we're staying in, it's architecturally perfect. All of the views over Zapallar and out to the ocean are superb. The interior is beautiful and the beds super comfortable. But then there's the gardens - but one step from heaven. We can't wait to stay again.

We spent a spectacular day at Francisca's house, the house is very comfortable (we were 8 person) and is located in a movie environment. The park, its trails, the pool sector, the views, nothing to say, unforgettable. I'm looking forward to coming back. Francisca is always attentive, cordial and concerned that we had a pleasant stay.

We so enjoyed Valparaiso. This house is in the perfect location and is very peaceful. Cristhian was a wonderful host. He picked us up from the bus station and showed us around the house. The villa is a family home. It is filled with pictures and history of the family. We enjoyed learning about the house and the history from Cristhian. It easily slept 4 couples in four spacious bedrooms. The 5th bedroom is off of one of the other bedrooms and would be best suited for children. There is a house manger who lives on site. We appreciated this, because the house is over 100 years old. It was comforting to know that if something was needed the house manager would be available to help.
