the apartment was clean with beautiful surroundings. Odette is super friendly and responded quick to any of my questions. it was worth the price, although we didn't have free wifi as the it shows that here, however, I would say that this apartment is even more beautiful than what is showing in the pictures here, the pictures doesn't do it justice. I stayed for 10 days and it felt like home. would definitely book the place again whenever I'm visiting Fumba again.

Great Stay in Fumba Town We stayed at this apartment for 6 days as part of our vacation and we enjoyed the stay. It’s a great apartment within a secure compound, it was good for us as we had kids so on days that we were resting from excursions, kids spent time at the swimming pool. Some four restaurants around the compound hence easy to access food in days that we did not want to make food. Finally it was close to Stone Town, just like 15mins to 20mins drive and other places for Blue Safari etc. The host was great and so responsive and helpful. Always reaching out to us to support. We really felt at home. We stayed there during Dec 2024 to Jan 2025

Stefania's apartment is really something special in a quirky kind of way. The decor is colorful, cozy and charming. And best of all: It's in the middle of Stone Town. You can easily and safely walk everywhere in town from the apartment. As you are staying in the middle of a bustling city, you will hear some street noice now and again, but it's certainly nothing to worry about. Stefania and her assistant Rama are very helpful and communication is easy. I was arriving in the middle of the night because my Air Tanzania flight from Dar was delayed for 7 hours. At 3.30 in the morning I was picked up in Stone Town by Rama who showed the way to the apartment and even carried my heavy suitcase up some steep stairs. In the apartment, Stefania was ready to welcome me and give me some initial instructions. My wife wife arrived to Zanzibar later the same morning and with Stefanias's apartment as a starting point, we had a couple of nice and interesting days i Stone Town.

Spacious, upscale accommodation with air conditioning (rare here), 50 m from the beautiful, heavenly white sand beach. Tasty, quality and very generous breakfasts. Impeccable restaurant hygiene with generous, homemade portions. European owner Edwelina, very professional, dynamic and who checks EVERYTHING herself ! This is the first time in 35 trips to similar countries that I have given such good reviews, and I know that it takes a lot of personal investment for such a result, especially in Africa! My husband and I had a great 3 night stay. The apartment is in a great location, we stepped out of the door and were right in the action. We walked everywhere and enjoyed exploring the narrow streets and some of the historical sights. We loved Stonetown and this apartment was the perfect retreat. It is beautifuly decorated with electic, artist and whimsical items. We couldn't stop looking around our entire stay as there are so many details in the decor that we kept noticing. The pictures don't do the apartment justice, there's a vibe that can only be experienced and we loved it! For being in the heart of Stonetown, the place is quiet and very private. The call to prayer from the mosque in the morning is short and a quick reminder of where you are and part of the cultural experience. Brenda was easy to communicate with and Salum took great care of us and had a nice vehicle with air conditioning for our transfers. Thanks for a great stay & see you next time!

The house is wonderfully private, making it ideal for a peaceful retreat, yet it’s close enough to explore Zanzibar’s many attractions. The host is exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure every need is met. Her warmth, attention to detail, and local tips made the experience unforgettable. Absolutely spectacular! As amazing as the photos are on the Airbnb listing, they don't even come close to capturing how beautiful this place is. The beach is gorgeous with spectacular sunsets from the villa. The snorkeling and kayaking are phenomenal. We even were lucky to swim with wild dolphins on an excursion nearby!!! Best of all were the hosts! We have stayed at Airbnbs around the world, and this was, without a doubt, the #1 experience we have ever had! Nicholas made us feel like this was our home, and he was responsive to everything we desired. One night we had a delicious dinner on the beach that he arranged with an amazing chef! The next day, he arranged an excursion to a nearby island for a picnic lunch. We couldn't believe the colors of the water - aquamarine, turquoise, emerald... We don't have the words to describe it. It's like something from a dream! This was an amazing value for the price. It's a place we will remember all our lives - and hopefully will return soon!

We really enjoyed our stay at Ingrid's place. The ability to walk out directly to the beach was incredible - as well as the night bed! It was very clean and the flexible check-in worked out very well for us as we were running a little late. Overall, great stay and well worth it.

A beautiful house in an incredible setting. The air conditioning kept us cool at night and the house had everything we needed. It was perfect.

All I can say is I was left speechless! This place is stunning in all aspects. We felt so welcomed and at home. If you are looking for a private area and are wanting good service this is the place you need to go to!

The house is beautiful and spacious. The outside is serene and there is plenty of space to lounge and enjoy the pool. Klaudia was easy to communicate with from the start and provided all the info we needed. The house manager, Aziza, was amazing. She went above and beyond to cater to our needs and made us feel at home. Jambiani is a great place to vacation, with plenty of restaurants and it's very close to Paje. I would stay here again

The place is very spacious, and the room I stayed in had a balcony with a view of the port. It was beautiful to watch the sunset from there. The place is decent and clean. The host was very attentive to everything. I truly regret only staying for one night... Stone Town is very lovely and deserves more days. Grateful!

Great property. We had a lovely time overall. Very attentive service from the host Dan and Vikki had good communication via Airbnb site. Property is right on the beach and the waves literally splash into the property. Surrounding area is impoverished village so not great set of bars or restaurants in my opinion. However, we had a fun time cooking at home and Dan helped us get ingredients. Great stay

I’m so happy with the place , highly recommend. Nice restaurant kwetukwenu ! Close to clinic, supermarket just few steps. The surrounding is peaceful and quiet. I’m definitely going to be there next stay in Zanzibar. You ROCK!!!
