Very good pied-à-terre to visit Madrid and the surroundings when you get home at night. Carefully decorated and well-equipped apartment, pleasant to occupy despite the few openings, very quiet. Good welcome. Good value.

Olga's place is extremely quiet and comfortable and superbly well equipped. We really enjoyed our time relaxing there and exploring a few parts of Madrid from nearby San Blas metro station - about 5-7 minutes to walk. Olga and Daniel are extremely polite and helpful. We hope to revisit one day.

Everything went very well with Eduardo, although there were things that we did not like about the apartment we would repeat again because the location is very well close to everything nice of the center of Madrid and the organization of the apartment we liked, the microwave we could not use it, we stayed two nights and more we could not do with that, the kitchen was bad because sometimes it did not heat well, we went two nights and we were almost always away we could not do much more, I would return with my partner if those things were fixed but would not return with a small child. Otherwise everything is very good, clean sheets, clean closets, Eduardo treated us very well and the apartment is very nice, intimate and cozy. I would recommend the apartment for a few days.

Overall very happy with the apartment! Everything was clean and tidy. Shower was nice. Heating worked very well which was needed in January! Location was 5-10 minute walk from metro and only 2-3 minute walk from bus. Also, it was nice and quiet. Sam the host was very proactive with sorting out access and was quick to respond with any queries. Would definitely stay again if in Madrid!

Raquel's place was very inviting, white glove service from start to finish. quiet community, beautiful home and home amenities where perfect. Home has private parking that was available. Also had cable TV service - free of charge, great for my children. enjoyed plenty of sunlight. Bathroom and showers where amazing. Beds where comfortable after a long walks site seeing. This is a must stay and very close to Madrid (downtown). We had a rental vehicle.

Exceptional experience, starting with attention and concern with arrival and check in. We had an early arrival and we felt the effort to meet us. We were very welcome at all times: arrival, communication, during the stay, in the change of bed linen and at the check out. We had a demand to change a lamp and get a curtain that fell down and we were promptly answered. The apartment is sensational, cozy, tasteful, great rooms. Bathrooms serve well and the kitchen as well. Everything worked perfectly. The balcony is a high point of the apartment. The neighborhood also helps with its quiet of being residential, but with plenty of choice of restaurants, cafes and shops. We love and will be back!

A very cozy very warm accommodation with an expectation, clean and tidy the location was great, you have 5 min walking restaurants but it is at the top of the village and it is very quiet the hot water worked super well had many utensils for cooking, the bed and pillow were very comfortable and the blinds closed completely, which for me is at least an important detail

Gary was always super helpful. He provided us with all kinds of amenities in the house; he even welcomed us with some sweets. Your house is spectacular, conveniently located and well maintained. Perfect for a weekend of rest in the mountains or skiing in Navacerrada.
