Beachfront vacation rentals in Zakynthos

We had a wonderful time at Nadia's Studio. We were a family of 3 adults and a kid and Nadia made sure to support us in every possible way to ensure that we spend a beautiful holiday. We never experienced a host that was so helpful and that offered us such a warm hospitality. The house where the studios are is very nice, with private terraces for each studio and a beautiful shared garden with hammocks at the shade of olive trees. The studio itself had everything we needed and was perfectly clean. Additionally, the location is very good and only around 5 min by car to the nicest beach in the island, easily accessible. Nadia had also great recommendations to places to visit and allowed us to spend a beautiful holiday. Definitely the best host we've met so far. A full 100% recommendation.

Beatiful stay at Panorama studios. We had a 2 bedroom flat in the loft with fantastic sea view. Breakfast and coffee in the morning with that view were just the best thing ever. Chris, his mom and all the staff were very friendly and usefull. We spent most of our beach time at Alikes beach which is only a 10mins drive. The local Amoudi beach is a small bay beach tipe great for snorkelling and evening swimming. Shop with everything you may need just around the corner. we had a great time.

Beautiful house in a beautiful location and with a breathtaking view. Not to mention the direct access to the sea, wonderful. I hope I can come back.

I had a wonderful stay at Tonia’s place! The apartment was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The view from the attic was absolutely stunning—sunsets were magical every evening. Tonia was a friendly and responsive host, which made the experience even better. Highly recommend for a peaceful getaway in Zakynthos!

The perfect place to stay for a less touristy Greece trip. We absolutely loved the room. It was so clean and had great air conditioning. It also has the most amazing view of the sunrise and is only a 3 minute walk to the beach. The restaurants are super great all around. The host was so kind and came in to clean every morning. We really loved our time here.

A beautiful place. Very clean, towels and sheets change, just like in a hotel. Equipped with everything you need, with a fantastic terrace, where you can enjoy your breakfast or dinner, watching the sunset with the sparkling sea. Niko and his family are really special people, including the dog Trinity and an adorable kitten (give her food if you can!!!) A place where you can find yourself. That's how it happened to me. Nikki was an excellent host! She was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had while we were there and made sure we had a comfortable stay! The outside area was excellent and very spacious with our favourite feature being the outdoor shower! The inside was great for sleeping, was well air-conditioned which was a must on the hot days and was very clean! Overall, my group really enjoyed our stay 😊

The location of the apartment is perfect. Great views on the ocean and a big garden. Dionysia is a very nice and helpful host. We stayed here before the start of the season. She helped us to get to the restaurants that were already open. Especially with warm weather, this place is fantastic!

We had a brilliant stay at the Tasos Villas bungalow. The place & pool area were stunning, exactly like the photos & although close to both beach and Kalamaki centre, it was peaceful and private. We could only book 5 days here of our week in Zakynthos due to an existing booking, so were moving on for the last two nights, but we didn’t want to leave & could have stayed much longer. The welcome pack really was very welcome as we hadn’t had chance to shop & were not hiring a car until the last few days. The hosts had thought of everything, the kitchen is well equipped but big supermarkets are close to the airport (Lidl) & Zakynthos town (mymarket) so if you want to take advantage of the awesome gas BBQ & outdoor dining area you definitely need to drive to one of these to get proper evening meal supplies, as we found the local shops in Kalamaki are not stocked for this, so we ate out every night. Many thanks to Sinead & Tasos for being friendly & helpful & sharing this beautiful place.

this is a rare gem. our party of two couples were very comfortable and very impressed with the seafront location and great pool bar/restaurant next door. Marietta took very good care of us, answering all inquiries rapidly. she was lovely. I would absolutely stay here again and will recommend to friends. also Zakynthos is the greenest Greek isle and very worth a visit

The Villa was clean and tidy, and although the sea was a little choppy, still beautiful and worth a dip. The pool was refreshing whilst sunbathing. Nicos was so kind and avaliable at all times to help with recommendations, he even delivered us breakfast pastries one morning. We had a fabulous holiday, thankyou

It’s a perfect spot for families With small Kids, safe and quiet- Diana is a great host, very generous and very responsive. Loved the location- in the Middle of an Old olive grove with a small pool and showers- perfect for a hot Weather! Would highly recommend this place!

Great villa, swimming pool and location. Spotless cleaning (cleaning lady comes every day, also changing sheets and towels when necessary). Unfortunately communication with host was good at booking stage but poor thereafter, infact nonexistent. Nevertheless a beautiful place to stay.

We had a fantastic week at Sakis’ villa. The villa was cleaned daily, and the pool was always maintained as well. The sea, with a small, lovely beach, is just around the corner. However, we still recommend renting a car to explore the rest of the island. Sakis was always available with valuable tips, and we enjoyed the service at his restaurant next door, which had great coffee and delicious food. Sakis also rented a boat for us directly, and everything worked out perfectly. We are very grateful for the wonderful week and will definitely recommend the villa.

I really enjoyed this place. The landlords were so super nice and helpful. It was also no problem at all that I got a visit at short notice. The apartment was also cleaned and you received a really great welcome package at the beginning. I felt very comfortable throughout and enjoyed the stay very much.

We were attending a wedding at The Balcony Hotel so this villla was perfect as it's no more than a 30 second walk! Myreen was so attentive, arranging airport transfers and accommodating a slightly later check out for us before we arrived. We were picked up by a friendly driver at the airport who took us safely to the villa. The villa was easy to access and felt homely as soon as we walked in. Lovely furnishings and greek styling throughout. It was spacious and comfortable and had everything we needed. We'd been left several bottles of water, eggs, fruit juice, milk, fruit all of which was handy. We were able to make ourselves breakfast without having to rush out to the local shop the next morning. It's a short walk to the beach, nearest shop and only a little further to some excellent restaurants. The pool area is lovely and a perfect place for a refreshing dip. The balcony was a lovely spot to sit and have a drink and admire the sea views! Highly recommended a stay here!

I totally enjoyed my stay at Annamaria's! She was going out of her way to explain everything to me and I very soon felt at home. The location is perfect, everything you need around the corner, I especially liked Brusco for coffee and Sea Blue for fresh fish, which are 1 min away, just like the beach. At daytime you can hear Brusco's music on the balcony, which was good and at night you can fall asleep with the sound of the waves and then watch the sunrise in the morning :) Only thing, there was no bath as written on the Airbnb despription but therefore the shower comes with a sea view. And I'd recommend that if you need to contact Annamaria, use the phone number she provides, not the Airbnb app, as she can't check this when she is out and about. Annamaria is a lovely person, very caring, and she even gave me a lift after checkout. Thank you Annamaria, I'd definitely stay again!

We knew were the location of the property was before booking, right on the beach. The house was furnished how I expected it to be in Greece. Towels and bedding were plentiful and clean. It suited us as a family for a week. Each bedroom had its own Air Conditioning unit so was all able to sleep comfortably at night. Supermarket close by so was able to get supplies easy, Pool bar next door, which is free for anyone to use. Would I stay here again. Yes I definitely would.

Great calm water, sandy beach right in front of the place which was perfect for our family. Explored whole island and could not find better beach. Car is needed to get around and explore island. Parking is included and right in front of your door made it convenient to get in and out. Cozy beach bar steps away was nice. AC works well. Kitchen had most items needed for cooking breakfast and lunch. Enjoyed our stay and would stay again on next visit.

The apartment is clean and well equipped. Lovely location very close to the sea and a 20 minute walk into Zante town. Great to have items like shower gel, soap, washing powder, water and juice provided.

An absolute gem. Nature so beautiful you wouldn’t believe. Dimitra welcomed my husband and baby with such warmth we never wanted to go. A rare slice of heaven

Had a lovely stay - enjoyed the location immensely! The beach and beach bar are just a few steps from the front door and the town is a walkable distance away. The small balcony off the room was a great spot to hang out. Overall highly recommend!

We had a lovely time staying at the accommodation. The garden with the private access to the sea was unbeatable. Despite the very close location to clubs and bars, it was surprisingly private due to the trees on the property. Unfortunately, the kitchen was not very clean (e.g. cobwebs, many dead insects on the walls) and the bathroom fixtures (toilet seat, faucet) were very outdated. Communication went great. Overall, a very nice holiday!

Lovely place with a friendly host. The beach and many restaurants are very close. Clean sheets and towels in every 3 days. We loved staying there!
