Great location, perfect to explore the city of Granada and its surrounding. Andrés is amazing host and is taking a great care not only of the house, terrace, gardens and orchard we enjoyed so much. But also of his guests! Very warm welcome and thoughtful gestures, clear instructions. Beds are extremely comfortable and we had a good rest.

It was such a pleasure staying at Alejandra’s place. She has taken great care of us, we felt like home during those few nights stay. The house itself is incredibly beautiful, well designed and has so many cute furnitures ( looks better than in the pictures) , the balcony on the rooftop has an amazing view of Alhambra palace. You can see many stars in the evening! The living room is always full of sunshine, kitchen is so well equipped and even during winter, we got everything we need: hot shower, heated beds and fire stove! The neighbourhood is very quiet and there is a cute cafe nearby. Easy to walk around to all the attractions and viewpoints. Overall, we would love to stay here again during spring or summer time and explore more of Granada.

Great place to stay in Granada if you want to scape the crowds of the city but still being close by. The house was spotless and the owner was helpful and super sympathetic. We’ll be back

Charming and Well-Located Property: This property, over 75+ years old, exudes charm and character. Its location is unbeatable—just a few minutes’ walk from public transportation, with a variety of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The rooms are clean, and the kitchen is fully equipped with utensils for those who enjoy cooking. Exceptional Hosts: The hosts were incredibly welcoming, offering great local recommendations and providing a thorough tour of the house upon arrival. They were always quick to respond when we needed anything. They kept a wine bottle and soup as a gift for us. Even though we didn’t use it. They are super kind. Beautiful Surroundings: The property also features two adorable cats and is surrounded by vibrant orange and persimmon trees, adding to the lovely atmosphere. We truly enjoyed the vibe of the place.

We loved our stay at this beautiful house. Ignacio is a sweetheart! Julia (his daughter ) is very helpful! It was incredible to sit and look up at the Alhambra at all hours, in all kinds of light. DO NOT try to drive here. We made that big mistake and it was very stressful. Take their advice and park at one of the places they suggest and take a taxi. You will pay extra but it’s worth it! Hopefully you don’t have as much stuff as we did. We’re living in Spain for the winter and had to carry it up the different steep streets and steps to get to their house. Take a left at the river street and check out the barrio to the left, away from the masses of people. It’s a more local barrio with live music and not so touristy places. Granada is overrun with tourists these days, so we made it a priority to get away from them. Not easy at all but… we tried. (We were a part of those tourists ) They are everywhere! We were always thankful to escape the masses when we got back here.

I loved this stay, right in the center of everything but still quiet and peaceful to sleep at night! Very beautiful patio, as well, I would gladly come back!

It's hard to hope for more!! Steven was absolutely charming and the quality of his accommodation and services is impeccable according to our standards. The village house is conveniently located, close to the central square, shops and municipal parking (free). In addition, its exposure is perfect, offering from the bedrooms and terrace a breathtaking view of the mountains. The amenities are numerous and in perfect working condition. Every detail is taken care of! Cleanliness, bedding, decor, comfort, equipment, and quality of hospitality. Steve has a lot of attention and kindness. We immediately perceive that its nature is to please its hosts: kindness, availability, punctuality... everything is there! That it feels good to find a product and service of this quality that directly guarantees the success of a stay. We will undoubtedly be back.

Nick is kind, warm, and helpful. My sons can be a little shy but they immediately took to Nick. He had us meet him at an easy location that he described perfectly and led us to the home. It was getting dark and we really appreciated being able to follow him. He was extremely flexible as our plans changed through the day and we met him 2 hours after our initial estimate. Sorry Nick! We stayed in a few homes this trip (middle of January) and Nick’s was by far the warmest. The views are gorgeous and the stars were some of the brightest I’ve ever seen. My young kids were not thrilled about the idea of no TV but as I’d hoped, it turned out to be really good for them and the family as a whole. I could’ve spent hours just in the garden appreciating the views and the quiet.

this apartment is an absolute gem right in the heart of the tourist section of Granada. it is especially appealing because it is quiet and peaceful yet only about 150 m from the main tourist thoroughfares. communicating with Anna and Carlos was a breeze and he was incredibly kind to us. One heads up if you're going to stay here: driving and parking at the apartment is not for the faint of heart. Even in a midsized car, there was only a couple of inches space going down a couple of the narrow alleyways, and getting in and out of the parking garage required a team effort with Carlos directing, me driving, and my wife providing an extra set of eyes. it all worked out just fine and we would gladly go back again.

We had an amazing stay for my birthday. Beautiful apartment, very well equipped in a fabulous location. Amazing views from the terrace - the hot tub was a real treat! It was a very special stay - thank you!

Guillermo’s apartment is in a quite neighborhood, it's specious and bright, having a nicely equipped kitchen that made my family feel comfortable during the stay.

Everything was great! Very well located, quiet, beautiful and intimate. He even helped us pick up a mobile that we forgot there after check out! Thank you very much! We look forward to repeating.

Beautiful flat with a nice terrace! Very centric - perfect for a city trip to Granada. The private garage is just 1 MIN away. Very good host as well! Next visit to Granada we’ll be back for sure 🙏!

We loved the location, comfortable apartment, unbeatable view of Alhambra from the windows, and easy ride to / from train and bus stations using the taxi driver suggested by Alice. Would definitely stay here again.

It was very clean and well-equipped with convenient tools. The room was a little cold, whether it was a problem with the heater, but it was resolved well because you supported the radiator.

It is slightly up on the road may be 50 odd meters but place is really nice. Bit issue in opening key/lock . Place was warm and cosy. We had very good stay. NEar to main attraction of the city. all good. thanks

Richard was a great host. He had great recommendations for things to do, places to eat, and navigating the city. He was kind and had great communication with us. As for the apartment, it was located in a great spot. Very close to La Alhambra, the city center and everything you would want to see, yet also tucked into the neighborhood so it was quiet and felt authentic. The apartment was clean and comfortable. I would recommend staying at Richard's place and hope to be able to come back myself!

We had a very pleasant vacation at Ivan's place. The house is comfortable and in a strategic position to visit the most interesting areas of Granada. Great availability and courtesy from Ivan. Absolutely to consider for future vacations in that area .

We had a wonderful stay at Javier’s place. He met us when we arrived, providing a thorough tour and giving lots of good advice. The place was great and the view is unforgettable. We were there during cold weather so we couldn’t really enjoy the patio, but I sat just inside the glass doors with my tea and enjoyed the view. Everything is very close. Even the city center was maybe a 10-15 minute walk. We highly recommend!

We just had a very pleasant stay in Granada and the experience in this apartment contributed to it for many. Victor welcomed us very warmly and kindly gave us a lot of information about good places to know. We had hesitated to choose this accommodation because we found it a little away from the city center but the experience showed that it is a very good solution because there is a secure parking and the place is very well served by public transport, there is a bus that stops in front of the building and takes us to the city center in 15 minutes (€0.45 per trip). Ideal solution to fully enjoy our walks without having to worry about traffic, parking, etc... The apartment is modern, tastefully decorated and perfectly equipped (all the amenities are of quality: appliances, bedding, connected speaker, vinyl turntable, etc.). Everything is done to feel at home and have a pleasant time when you get home.
