Easy five stars! Tammy is a wonderful host and super responsive if you have any questions or needs. She left us a welcome card and gift which was a super sweet touch! The place is very clean and spacious and has everything you need. My husband and I had a great time spending the weekend by the pool with our two dogs. Would definitely book again!!

We very much enjoyed our stay. The house has everything needed for a relaxing vacation. The kitchen has all the equipment needed for whatever you're cooking. We made good use of the slow cooker :) Having a pool was the best part and we spent every free minute swimming, floating and sunbathing. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood. Grocery stores and restaurants are an easy drive away. We are looking forward to our next visit!

My husband ended up on this trip without me, unfortunately, and texted me right away to say it was awesome. Large, beautiful space, lovely grounds. He appreciated the cold water and the coffee. I dealt with the hosts, who were always quick to respond. It was only a 1nt stay, but if we ever have reason to head back to Yuma, we will definitely book again...it was a great find and a great deal, and I'm so sorry I missed staying there this time.

Check-in is super easy. Irvin is a great host, very responsive and friendly. He responded right away to fulfill our requests for extra towels and paper goods we knew we'd need before our two weeks were up. Turned out he recognized my brother, a former Yuma resident, who was staying with us! The house is very spacious, nicely furnished. Having private bathrooms with each bedroom was a big plus. So was the 3-car garage! We ate breakfasts out by the pool most days. Quiet neighborhood, friendly neighbors, great location. Close to grocery shopping, the library (we got in on a stargazing evening with large telescopes there), where my sister lives, the interstate, etc. The only drawback was the temperature of the pool water, a little chilly. But it warmed up a bit as the outside temp went up, and the floating "chair" helped a lot (I even ended up taking a nap in it while floating one afternoon!). Very relaxing. It was a wonderful place to gather and enjoy time with my siblings.

Octogenarian Rendezvous Yuma was the perfect location between San Diego & Phoenix. We thoroughly enjoyed the very comfortable & warm ambiance of Karen’s lovely home. It’s everything already mentioned in the multi 10/10 reviews. In addition to accommodation to early check-in we were graciously treated to a sightseeing tour & delicious lunch in the historic district. THANK YOU Karen for a special rendezvous to remember. If we are still vertical & driving in 2025 we will definitely plan on returning.

Grace’s house was very nice and we felt right at home. Everything was clean, the beds are very comfortable and it’s very spacious and the pool was just a plus. The kitchen also had all the essentials to cook. Grace is very helpful and would respond quickly. We had no problem to find her place and to get in. We would definitely stay here again. My 2nd stay here. Hosts were excellent, & friendly, even helped me out with my shy dog without me asking when my meeting ran late & I had to run an unexpected errand. Place is cozy and the pool area is so relaxing. I would absolutely stay here again.

Beautiful home. Comfortable bed. We especially loved the ceiling fans during the night. Easy check out instructions. We would definitely love to come back and stay longer. We essentially just used the property to sleep in for a few hours before continuing on our journey

Beautiful home, well kept with little unique vintage peices of furnitue and decor, my favorite was the Mancala side table(gorge!) All the amenities you would need in a home away from home. My husband and I nabbed the mater suite...shower water pressure AMAZIN G! Awesome pool for the Arizona heat, plenty of room, 5 adults in the house everyone had their own space. Jen and Vlad are amazing hosts, very responsive and flexible. We were given clear instructions on how to get in the very private home (it has a locked gate entrance, so secure!). They're was even clear closing the home instructions. Every text sent was replied to in a timely manner, great hosts. We haf a wonderful experience with them. Thank you helping make our stay fantastic

Firstly I would like to thank leybelis for allowing us to stay at her beautiful and cozy home, my family and I stayed at her house and I want to say the beds where amazing, everything was fully stocked, literally felt like I was in my kitchen the backyard was also really nice and well maintained, I would definitely come back.

My wife and I highly recommend Kimberly’s place! The house was super clean and very spacious! The kitchen is well equipped for preparing your own food. The pool area is super awesome! The outdoor kitchen is also super awesome! Kimberly is very quick to respond! Kimberly’s pictures and description are also very accurate, this is many times not the case!

Highly recommend to anyone who needs a comfortable and cozy place to stay in Yuma. I was a tiny bit skeptical at first because it is a guesthouse, but I was pleasantly surprised with how spacious it was, and much more privacy that I expected. I stayed for 7 nights and had no complaints, Christian is helpful and responsive.

Unfortunately I had to come into town under bad circumstances. That being said it was nice to have a large home to come back to and relax when i could. The home is just as featured. Its very large and clean. It certainly could use some updating but it was very functional. Everything worked. Especially the A/C! OMG the A/C was amazing and that's important for AZ. The beds were my favorite. They were so comfy! My sister and I slept so good. The pool was awesome! The neighbors let there yappy dog bark two out of the four nights there so that was disappointing. Also, the trash was set out by parking and over flowing. It stunk and we had to wait till trash day to get rid of it. There was also a fan and a lock that needed fixing. I messaged Misty and she responded right away and set up repair men to come out immediately. She was quick and responsive and very nice. Overall, I would stay there again! Other than the dogs the neighborhood was quiet and home was super comfy. Very pleased!

Erin was very responsive and helpful. The home is gorgeous and in a great location. She even decorated for us to spend Christmas with our Marine. We will definitely be reserving again.

We come to Yuma at least 10 times a year and appreciate coming to Chris’ homes since it feels like a home away from home at this point. Location is great, close to downtown Yuma and walking distance from La bodega ! I always look for Chris’ homes first when I come to Yuma. Thank you again for a wonderful stay!

We have been to this listing several times before. We have enjoyed it each time and so much so that we booked 3 nights on this trip. The neighborhood is peaceful and clean. Our family always utilizes the pool. It’s great for small children as it is not deep. If you like to BBQ, this is a great spot to do so. We will be back again in the future!

Jamie's place was perfect! So many extras - from soaps, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. When you are only going for a couple of days, it is a pain to have to go out and purchase all those things for a short stay. The house was stocked with all those extras which was nice. Everything was clean and neat and I did not feel like I had to clean the dishes before using them. Lots of room for our group of six adults and one toddler. We were there for Thanksgiving and even had the mixer and pans that we needed to bring what we were tasked with for our family dinner. Kitchen was very stocked with anything that you might need. Beds were comfortable and so was the furniture in the living area. Was chilly while we were there so did not get to use the pool but the patio area was amazing! Even had firewood if we wanted too make a fire. Again, all the little touches that make you feel like you are home. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The Yuma Sunset condo is a very nice clean unit. It is freshly painted and tastefully decorated. All of the furnishings, appliances, and utensils are modern and appear to be new. The beds are very comfortable, and the linens and pillows are also new. The layout is great with both large bedrooms upstairs each having a full bathroom attached. Additionally, there is another bathroom downstairs. The AC is cold and there are large ceiling fans throughout. An assigned covered parking space out back is a welcome bonus. The neighborhood is clean and quiet. Our host Jesse was easy to contact and was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this rental.

Stayed there for my daughters wedding and it was only 4 streets from their place so nice and close. Never stayed in an AirBNB before but my sister son and his girlfriend and I felt right at home. Much better experience than staying in a hotel room at a fraction of the cost. Had no issues at all and we had so much fun. Thank you

Called away after on night so we were inable to stay full period. Did like location which was close to stores. Host had well organized instructions for guest guidlines.
