Vacation rentals with beach access in Ypsos

Perfect from start to finish Clean accommodation Flexible and helpful welcoming host Downtown 10 min by car 15 min from the beautiful ksamil beach frankly at the top! I would recommend it 100% I would come back without hesitation.

Arli and his parents were truly great hosts and we really enjoyed our stay at this flat. The flat was immaculate and well furnished, with a beautiful balcony view over the sea (as well as access to the residential private lounge area with sea access). Arli was really helpful with any questions we had and responded quickly. I would recommend the flat to anyone looking to visit Sarandë!

Vangjels place was beautiful.. the balcony view really doesn’t do it justice! Fully recommend to anyone staying in Sarandë! Vangjel and his son were were very responsive and his apartment catered to all our needs ♥️ My partner and I really enjoyed our short stay in this town

We had a fantastic stay at Keetrina’s accomodation! Not only was the property in the perfect location, but the size of the space was fantastic. We had everything we could possibly need, from kitchen items to laundry items. Keetrina and her Mum were also very kind and we had great communication.

We absolutely loved our stay in the Sea apartment, such a beautiful location, lovely to wake up and immediately have that lovely view of the sea. Some great restaurants in a few minutes walk away, we loved Woody’s and found the staff really friendly and the food very good. Walked in to Roda a couple of times, takes about 25 minutes easy walking and there are many restaurants there too. Ingrid was so helpful when we had any problems and these were rectified. We would love to come back to this lovely apartment as we had a great relaxing holiday.

Gentian responded at the moment to allow us to stay in his apartment due to a failure with the other apartment. He was always attentive and asked if we needed anything. The apartment was small but comfortable.

We loved our week here! The private beach really made it, you feel as though you've just been marooned on a desert island, so peaceful with the most stunning view. The stairs heading down are a bit tricky so take extra care, it’s certainly worth it once you’re down there. Achilles is a great host. Super responsive and solved any issues we had immediately, his mum lives upstairs and is also very friendly, as are the local cats who like to come and say hello. We found the bed super comfy, nice firm mattress and the bedroom windows has shutters to ensure the room stays completely dark so we always had a good night sleep. The washing machine is very handy and all detergent is provided along with toilet roll. Kitchen is well equipped as listed. We didn’t hire a car so we relied on the bus outside the house which takes 5 mins into Benitses. Without a doubt the best restaurant in town is Klimataria, just beautiful fresh and authentic food, the best seabass I have ever had!

We had an amazing time here and I couldn't recommend it more to people looking to visit the island of Corfu and have a relaxing, serene holiday. The location is ideal (but a hire car is needed!), it is about 40 mins from the airport and 15/20 mins away from supermarkets, cafes, local restaurants and other beautiful spots. The hosts were just great, very friendly and attentive and gave lots of brilliant recommendations for our stay. The apartment we stayed in was clean and tidy with everything we could need, the coffee pods were especially appreciated! But the real star of the holiday was the airbnb itself; the communal terrace, pool and private swim platform can only be described as incredibly beautiful and was perfect for us! A huge thank you to Natalie and we hope to be back in the future! :)

A nice place with a beautiful sunset view. Very close to the beach with a lot of taverns around. We recommend Woody’s tavern, the best food with a very nice people.

The stay at the apartment was perfect! The place was clean, well appointed and exactly as described. The location is ideal and almost directly on the sea. Socrates was very kind and helpful and always available. I highly recommend the apartment and would love to come back. The dog and cats were great! Thank you so much!

We had a very nice stay in Ksamil. Leonard and his family are very kind and helpful. We needed to go to a doctor and they drove us there or they would get us a taxi. The house was clean and spacious. It is a calm neighbourhood but if you walk 10-15 minutes you get to a lot of beaches, bars, shops, restaurants…(our favourite was “grill and chill”). We really recommend this place if you want a nice, peaceful stay in Ksamil that is not to far from everything.

Had a fantastic stay in ksamil. Accommodation was spacious, comfortable and air conditioned, with everything we needed. Hosts were friendly and helpful. Beaches and town were in walking distance, although helpful to have a car if you want to visit the wilder and quieter beaches. Really beautiful area to explore, Butrint, blue eye and Gjirokaster are easy day trips from here.

Check in with Zeni was great. The apt is in a lovely location, quiet with beautiful sea views and easy walking distance to restaurants and beach clubs. Apt is on 2nd floor with lift not working and there is no AC in second small bedroom.

Great experience! The home was clean, well-equipped, and close to everything. The host made everything easy. Would definitely stay again! The view was the best we could see corfu mountain from balcony.

We absolutely loved our stay! The large balcony with the bean bags, and the proximity to the small beach (which is small and rocky but beautiful!) was absolutely perfect for us. The walk to the promenade was supposedly 30-45 minutes according to Maps, but it never felt that long as it was completely flat. And there was always restaurants/bars/shops, or cats (!) to look at on the way. We really appreciated having a washing machine which meant we could freshen up our beach towels etc. and the kitchen was well equipped to make all your meals there if you wanted to. There was also plenty of great restaurants nearby, and a handful of small supermarkets. Would definitely recommend and return.

This was our favorite apartment of all the places we stayed in Albania. The views are just incredible. You are on the living room or balcony and it feels that you are on a cruise ship. It has blinds on all windows, so you can completely black out the room. Apartment is conveniently located and its perfect if you are traveling by car. There is covered and gated parking space. Wifi worked without problems. All the apartment was super clean and there was washing machine. If we come back to Sarande we will book here 100% sure.

A spacious modern apartment with excellent views. The exterior looks modest, but the interior is amazing. The decor has been professionally designed and is a very nice space to stay in. Well equipped, close to restaurants, nice beaches and the balcony is fabulous. Highly recommended.

Staying at Georgia's place was a pleasure. Place is very clean, has everything you need, additionally beautiful view from the balcony. You do not have to drive anywhere because everything is a walking distance ( grocery stores, bakery etc). There is maybe 3 min by walk to get to the beach. Georgia gives us very clear direction how to get to her house. She is a wonderful host. She replied right away when I had some questions. if you travel with a kids, like we did, you won't regret to stay at this place! Thank you again Georgia for a warm welcome and if we go to Albania again we will definitely stay at your place!

The view was absolutely beautiful! The location is great since it is not downtown, very walkable to many places. Apartment is so very nice and airy. Very clean too. Music from club is loud but earplugs fixes that so no problem. Parking is nice right below apartment. Challenging to get in but we accomplished it each time with no issues. Restaurants below is okay but one a few doors down is delicious, Max something...

Amazing apartment in a nice quiet part of Sarandë. Meti and his family were so lovely and helpful. It was very clean and they also changed our towels half way through our stay so we had fresh ones. Great value for money!
