Absolutely beautiful! Clean, comfortable and gorgeous view! The beds were comfortable and spacious. Upgraded bathrooms with excellent water pressure. Fully stocked upgraded kitchen with quality appliances and everything you need if you wanted to cook. Easy quick drive to Busch Gardens, Williamsburg, Newport News and Fort Eustis. TV’s in each bedroom and living room that were easy to use. The back yard view was our favorite. We enjoyed waking up to the view every day! Highly recommend!

Our family Thanksgiving was great! What a beautiful home with a breathtaking view of the water!! Just waking up each day with that beautiful sunrise over the water was wonderful to see. What a hidden gem! Everything you possibly have needed was provided in the home. The fireplace was very nice especially on those cold evenings! We can't wait to return! This Airbnb was very convenient to Severn Yachting Center. We were able to work on our boat all day and enjoy being in a home at night. The area is beautiful and peaceful. Super safe area that is right on the water! Communication with owner was top notch! Highly recommend staying here!!!

Tracy‘s home was an absolute treasure for our girls weekend away as sisters and our daughters to celebrate our mom‘s 70th birthday weekend! While it was insanely cold, we still got to take advantage of the gorgeous location by bundling up and taking walks on the beach, as well as sitting inside on the cozy couch, with the amazing views of the water! From the hot tub, to the fire pit, to the huge open living area, we were able to enjoy all of it! Beds were so comfy, and there were plenty of throw blankets for warmth and coziness. We hope to come back again when the weather is warm to fully take advantage of all the amenities that Tracy has to offer.

we had a fantastic stay and always had something to do. the resort has activities available all day as well as swimming pools, sauna, tennis court, game rooms, movie theater, and a gym. communication with michael was great, he is very responsive. recommend staying if in the area!

This is a beautiful location for those seeking to relax and bask in the sea breeze. The property offers private space right on top of the water and a large back porch with endless views of the horizon. The home offers large windows all throughout and the furniture is arranged nicely so that the sun rise gently wakes you from sleep in the morning. The entry into the area, a small road between the marsh, gives the instant feeling that it's time to unplug. The community was quiet and and offered plenty of miles for a good long run and to observe nature from afar. There are a few small cafes and shops in the adjacent community which will complement any necessity a small family may need while spending a quiet week at the beach.
