Vacation rentals with breakfast in Yogyakarta City

At first I was worried, afraid of the heat, I was afraid of mosquitoes and children wouldn't feel at home.. it turns out that even though there was no air conditioner, there was only a big fan above the room, every time I slept well and it wasn't dry, and even though it was open but there were no mosquitoes at all in a lot of plants,just small insects,geckos,etc.. Overall my family and I enjoyed staying at Teak House.. Wifi is fast and Water Heater is okay, coffee, tea, instant noodle and drinking water is definitely available.. Fast response because the one who maintains Mrs. Indri and her husband live near the scale with us.. Only minus the AC and TV are not on.. My family is at home and comfortable living in Teak House, Thank you

A bit smaller to me than the other rooms, but still the exact same comfortable bed. If you dont like crowds( like lining up for omelettes during breakfast at one of those fancy hotel) and prefer simple private stay, Chendela is for you. Close to almost everything with walkable distance to all the historical places and shops and Malioboro Street.

Had a nice stay. Daniel and family were very kind. Got to wash my clothes and hung them up overnight.

A traditional property with a delightful courtyard patio to have breakfast and coffee. The room was spacious and clean but no sink in the room. There was a shower and toilet in the room which were adequate and clean. Lots of small eatery’s in the area as well as local markets for spices and produce. Staff were lovely and helpful, very friendly and helped with my attempt at the language, as well as tolerating my attempts to cook authentic Indonesian food in their semi outdoor kitchen. We had use of a large and efficient fridge and a gas ring. Good value for a more authentic experience. Can be noisy early in the morning.

Nice place to stay at JOGJA, feels like at home…

This stay was a great experience. We had tried a tasty breakfast every morning, even with trips starting at 7, we managed to eat and try the local breakfast prepared just a few steps from our rooms. The rooms were tidy and clean with everything we needed for the stay. I appreciated the AC and the pool a lot. As well as the great location of this Airbnb. We have managed to walk to many places in the surrounding area. I have to recommend the market that’s just a street away for grabbing dinner. As well as a nice pizzeria just 10min by car. And walking to the water palace(Taman sari) and sultan palace(Keraton Ngayogyakarta Hadiningrat) and Malioboro street/mall was okay if you don’t mind the traffic that much.. and have time..

My stay at Kak Ifa’s place was awesome! Location is nearby/walkable to nearby restos/warungs/supermarket. She is a kind and wonderful host, recommended me great food/restaurants/tours and places to visit around Jogja! I also felt right at home here throughout my 1 week+ stay here!! I would recommend her place to all who choose to visit Jogja!
