The dream beach apartment

This is a great apartment located on the edge of the very beautiful square of St Lazarus church and 5 minutes walk from the beach. Perfect spot to explore Larnaca. The apartment is exceptionally clean and very comfortable. Lora has everything perfectly organised in terms of check in, check out and provides lots of very thoughtful additions ( eg a lovely welcome drink in the fridge, plenty of phone charge leads in every location, extra tea/coffee/ amenities etc. I would definitely recommend this apartment- Thankyou Lora ❤️

Great experience at this Airbnb, only good things to say. Bargain is a great host, very responsive and helpful. The apartment is perfectly located next to merit and the Sea. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need. Great pool, highly recommended!

Thank you Athos, we had such a wonderful time in your beach villa! The villa was within walking distance to the beach and a lovely swimming spot. The villa is ideally located to explore the coast and the beautiful Mediterranean seas! Not far from restaurants and of course Ayia Napa, and the Waterpark. Villa is huge, each room had its own bathroom and there was plenty of space to relax and unwind. We will definitely be back! Thanks again!

We were very fortunate to have been able to stay at this accommodation. It was well located, clean, with a responsive host and stocked with everything we could have desired. Vicky was responsive to any questions or queries we had during our stay. The accommodation is located by restaurants and shops, whilst only being a short walk away from the beach. We'd be keen to stay again and would happily recommend it to others looking to spend time in Paralimni.

This villa was really lovely and as described. We had an issue with the cleanliness of the pool on our arrival and the host promptly arranged for the pool to be cleaned. The house didn’t have basic essentials like oil, sugar, salt, coffee or tea, nor hand soap for bathrooms. These are the only faults, everything else was great. You will need a car to go to Agia Napa and Protaras, but there are a couple of minimarkets, tavernas and a coffee shop which were walking distance. A very small beach is also walking distance.

Everything is as described, simple and clear instructions from the host. All appliances are in working order, rooms are clean. Beautiful garden, sea view and surrounding area. The apartment is well-equipped and comfortable for 4 adults. There are indeed some cats in the garden, but we didn't mind. I recommend it!

everything was absolutely gorgeous. the view the house stunning ! perfect for two small families or two couples looking for a quiet get away. we had trouble finding a market close by I would advise making a solid grocery list beforehand. the chicken pen and jacuzzi was a favourite for the kids. the kitchen appliances were superb quality. the only problem we had was the staircase going upstairs is extremely dangerous for little children. there's a huge empty space between the stairs and the railing big safety hazard for kids. definitely will be visiting again ! the staff were much help and very polite 🙏🙏🙏🙏

The place is very nicely located on the beach, where you can go swimming directly. It is very quiet and you have your own garden to relax. Within 5 -10 minutes' walking distance there are various restaurants and also a supermarket in Latchi is within walking distance. The place offers plenty of space, is nicely decorated and the kitchen is well equipped. On arrival, there was milk, water and apple juice in the fridge. It was very clean and there was a service to change the towel and duvet cover. We had a great and relaxing time there. Thank you!

A large, beautiful villa. Parking inside the courtyard. A big pool with a spacious surrounding area. There is plenty of space behind the house, and a barbecue is available. The balcony on the second floor offers a wonderful view of the sea and nature. Very easy to get to, not far from the road. The owner, Mario, is very friendly. I liked everything, highly recommend!

The place is perfect. It's close to everything :) It looks better than in the photos. The host thought about every detail. We had cold water, something sweet, ice cubes, a clean apartment, and all the essentials for our stay. Sarwar took care of us every step of the way. The Villa was spacious, clean, private and had absolutely everything we could have possibly needed. A 10 min walk from an absolutely beautiful beach and restaurants/bars/tavernas all close by, too. Lilia was very helpful and responsive on the odd occasion we needed to reach out. Due to flight times, our check in was in the early hours of the morning but due to clear and concise instructions. accessing the Villa was a breeze! A beautiful location, a grand Villa and a reliable host - perfect.

We had a lovely stay in the beautiful villa. The pool was a huge help in coping with the heat and the villa came with everything we needed. Additionally, Sol was ever helpful. For example: we had forgotten to bring a travel plug adapter, but Sol quickly brought us adapters! In addition to that he had many other good recommendations.

Wonderful stay in David’s beautiful home! Plenty of room for 8 of us to spread out. Each bedroom had its own bathroom! Great for couples traveling together! I did not feel like I was invading someone’s home! This was a wonderful vacation villa. Pool and hot tub clean and ready to use!

We absolutely loved our stay in Kings sunset apartment. Host is extremely helpful, kind and replies very quick. Apartment was very comfortable and clean. Plus it has everything you need (shampoo, towels, change of bedsheets, hair dryer, cleaning stuff, kitchen supplies. Even slippers and toys for the kids!). Location was top. Swimmingpool view and sea view. View from roof terrace is day and night amazing!! Easy walk down to the restaurants, beach and mall. Swimmingpool was clean and well maintained. Plus not busy, so very enjoyable. Apartment is for sure big enough for 2 adults and 2 kids. Loved the sofa-bed in the bedroom, which makes it easy for the kids to either sleep apart or in the same room with you. Definitely recommend a stay here! We are looking to book our stay for next year again!

From the minute that we arrived at the villa, we all felt at home. The villa was incredibly comfortable and had all the facilities that we needed, so much so, we rarely left, as the children were so happy playing in the pool every day. I would definitely recommend this villa and would hopefully be back in the near future.

Right from arrival felt at home. Thanks for the essentials and the welcome pack which we greatly appreciated arriving late. Communication with Nico and family was excellent. Everything was spotless and in working order. Beautiful garden and pool with views. Really able to relax and enjoy the tranquility of the location. Only stayed a week but would love to return to stay longer. Thank you Nico and family for making our stay very memorable.

Everything was excellent, and as it is mentioned in the description. George's father, Mr. Solon was waiting for our arrival in order to drive us to the house. He is a very polite man and we got a very warm welcome upon our arrival. He guided us at his house and showed us everything we needed to know in detail. The house is very big and keeps the authenticity of a cypriot village house. Everything was clean, and the house provides all the necessary amenities for your stay. The most remarkable fact is that the house is located to a perfect location in the village, extremely quiet, ideal for relaxation. The village centre is very close to the house (2-3 minutes on foot). I definitely recommend this place.
