Bonn and Ann were incredibly helpful and easily reachable from the very beginning. The house was very close to the Hongdae and Hongik University area and was in great condition. It had everything you might need in a home. The house was quite spacious, easily accommodating 4-5 people. As an espresso lover, having a coffee machine and grinder was an extra delight!

Great response time and able to accommodate our schedule as we arrived earlier than check in time at 7am.

This apartment is well located being close to the bus and train and many great restaurants both small and large. It is very modern and spacious with all new appliances and furnishings. There is a convenience store at ground level along with a 24 hour concierge. We felt very safe and comfortable here and we appreciated how responsive the host was to all our inquiries. We would happily recommend this property for both short and long term stays.

Overall good experience, can deeply integrate into Korean life, and a very nice top floor.There is geothermal heating and an air purifier, quiet at night, with a park next to it, and if you have kids, they can relax.The surroundings are very lively and convenient for transportation.

We all had a wonderful time at Namsan-Artminstay. It is a great location and in walking distance for shopping and delicious food as well as Buchanan Hanok Villa. The welcome coffee cakes and discount at the cafe was a very nice touch. We would definitely come again.

Bella is the ideal gate to Seoul: a quiet aera near public transport and close to the river and its open spaces. And Bella is the perfect host to make Séoul visitors’friendly.

The house was perfect for our group of 9. Everyone had a bed lots of bathrooms the walk to the train station was only 10-15 mins and peaceful! Quiet neighborhood and just a great set up!!! Soluna was a great host. Even set up taxis for us from the airport and back. Great place!! Book it!

It's by far the best! Before check-in: The host's clear communication was really nice. At the same time, I was grateful for the kindness. It was also nice that you always responded quickly to inquiries. It snowed, and he did a thorough job of clearing the snow beforehand. After check-in: From the indoor and outdoor yard to the natural landscape, it was perfect without any flaws. The interior was full of European-style decor and wood scent, and it was simple yet equipped with everything you needed. I couldn't use the yard because of the heavy snow, but the snow-covered yard and the mountains in front were as nice as being in Switzerland or Hokkaido. What was particularly impressive was that there was a fireplace where you could make a bonfire indoors, and the atmosphere was nice and warm. After check-in: Likewise, he shoveled the snow and we were able to go back safely. And we left a baby boy's coat, and we were especially grateful that you said you could send it by courier after finding it. I don't think it's easy to find this kind of nature and quality facilities in Korea (in the suburbs of Seoul), and we're going to visit again next spring or summer. I went to Heesoo's accommodation in a hurry, but it was clean, pretty, and the 4 of us were able to have a really enjoyable trip. However, due to the location of the accommodation, it's a bit of a shame that there aren't many places to go around. There is a disadvantage that you have to travel by car, and it is slightly inconvenient to go on foot.

We were looking for a place clean and large enough for our 1 year old to crawl around in a nice neighborhood to walk around in. The place is very clean, has a great view, all the furniture and amenities were high quality, conveniently located, easy to park in. Large supermarket and shopping mall is right around the corner and two subway lines that connect to the main areas in the city are 5 minute walking distance away. Airport bus stops rigth in front of the apartment. Building is easy access, elevators work great, quiet neighbors. Overall we couldn't have been happier! We'd love to come back and stay here again next time we're back in Seoul to visit our family.
