Very clean, spacious apartment -exactly as pictured. Themida was an extremely responsive host, providing recommendations before I even arrived. The location was ~25min walk from city center, and <10min from the boardwalk that is more popular with locals. You are directly across the road from the water, and can open the windows and enjoy the sea air. In terms of amenities, the apartment was stocked beyond my expectations. Highly recommended!

It was an amazing stay! The apartment has everything you need and even more. We particularly enjoyed the balking with an outstanding view where we enjoyed our breakfasts and dinners. Having the promenade right in front of you is amazing! The hosts were easy to communicate with, they left us all the necessary information in the apartment. The area has everything - the restaurants, stores, the free parking was a blast. Definitely enjoyed and highly recommended!!

When I arrived the apartment was immaculate and Annita had kindly left some water and drinks in the fridge- it was welcome after a long flight and quite late at night when I arrived- she also left some coffee and milk- very thoughtful Throughout the stay she contacted me to ask if all was OK and if I needed anything A really excellent host

This is a good stay and would definitely recommend to others, it is spacious and very enjoyable to stay in for a bigger group. The backyard is also incredibly spacious and the location is great. A couple quick notes: the power went out twice and so just know that it is easy to overload the system and is a quick switch flip to fix. Additionally, the location provided is not accurate and we walked .5 miles to the actual location, but the host was incredibly friendly and very helpful throughout the small mishaps.

Andreas was a very good host. He personally welcomed me and showed me the apartment. Wine and water were also ready to welcome you. He also provided a small electric heater for the living room. In advance, Andreas gave me suggestions for a Christmas dinner in the restaurant. Everything you could ever need is available in the apartment. From the large terrace you have a beautiful view of the sea and the harbor. I can only recommend it, even in winter in Cyprus.

Beautiful, clean, top equipped villa in prime location! We would come back any time! Super nice host! Everything was perfect :) The host is extremely helpful with issues and questions, and you feel cared for. Everything was extremely clean, the bathroom and toilet freshly renovated, the kitchen perfectly equipped and air conditioning in every room. By foot it is, through the garden gate, 30-60 seconds to the beach. In 5 minutes walk you can reach the first supermarket, chic restaurants and bars. By car it takes about 20 minutes to get to Ayia Napa and 50 minutes to Larnaca airport. The villa is located in a quiet residential area and the beach promenade invites you to walk or jog (very long :)). The "garden" is beautiful with a really big pool, comfortable loungers and there is even a small barbecue. Every two days someone comes to the pool maintenance. We felt completely comfortable and would come back at any time! Thank you :)

Antreas was always responsive and super helpful. He did check in with us to ensure things were going smoothly. The standout part of this Airbnb was the pool and garden, perfect for our two little ones. Plus, a bonus that you could heat the pool for an additional cost (very rare to find). Thank you again for a lovely holiday experience!

Makis was very helpful, and the apartment is in an excellent location. The beaches were within 50 yards and are superb .we were out of season but we still found things to do and places to eat . All in all a good experience and would definitely use again . Thanks makis

Beautiful villa , so comfy it’s just like being home from home with the added bonus of a large pool,which was much needed as the weather was scorchio 😀 . The villa is ideally placed , about five minute walk from stunning Nissi beach and about 20 minute walk to the main Ayia napa strip ,or you could easily catch the bus and be there in a few minutes and for only a few euros. We were very sad to leave and would definitely book again

Communucation was very easy, Host replied quickly. the Villa was really nice and clean. We loved our stay here!

We had an absolutely wonderful time in Larnaca and Themida’s beautiful apartment was central to our experience. It had all that we needed for our stay - and more! Her attention to detail in terms of instructions to get there, guides to places to visit and where to eat etc were so helpful. Took all the hard work out of planning. And the views from there were beautiful. Looking out over the wonderful blue sea with its magnificent rolling waves gave us memories we will treasure. Thank you Themida. Maria's property was an exceptional location for leisure mornings with a cup of coffee/tea surrounded by lush gardens and a refreshing dip in the pool. It's proximity to lovely local sandy, family friendly beaches made for easy transitions from poolside to beach front. The property was ideal for preparing your own meals in a kitchen equipped with all the modern appliances. It also had a poolside barbeque area if you prefer grilling poolside next to the dining area. Walking distance to multiple local restaurants is convenient, when you want to leave the cooking and clean up to someone else. The off street parking was handy for loading and unloading your cases and groceries. The supermarket next door was very convenient for those last minute must have items. The property is a wonderful place to chill with teles in every room, top rated books in the library, local tourist info and board games. We had an amazing stay and would highly recommend this very private, top shelf property.

Had such an amazing experience. It’s our 2nd time coming back to the same accommodation. I am now a regular :) Steve and his beautiful family are very welcoming, polite and warm hearted and i would not choose a different place to stay. When i return back to Cyprus I am definitely re booking here again. —— THE POOL IS AMAZING —— Thank you for everything and we will see you guys again soon :)

Great find for that location. Apartment has great access to the beach which is quite rare in this area, some great restaurants and bars are within a 1-2 minute walk. Beach is less than a 5 minute walk and you can get access to hotel next door and use their facilities. Annabelle was the prefect host. Responded to almost all messages immediately, super helpful with anything we asked and went out of her way to assist us in any way. 100% would recommend

We have just spent a week at Katrina’s beautiful home celebrating mine and my husband’s 50th birthdays with our family. The Villa is spacious, our son and his fiancée are expecting their first baby and the bedroom on the ground floor was ideal for them. The pool is a lovely size and we all spent a lot of time in. The Villa is in a great location close to all amenities. We plan to book again, and next time have our first grandchild with us 😍 We highly recommend Dream Beach Villa.

Was amazing and exceeded expectations! The house is equipped at a high level, the pool is stunning and very well maintained,every day a pool man came to take care of, the villa looks exactly as pictured, and the most special part is the beach, the entrance to the water right in front of the garden, a simply beautiful beach!!!!! We enjoyed every moment thank you so much!

The place is great value for money, don't expect anything too modern but it's nice to feel like you are a home away from home . We made a last minute booking and we received check in instructions quite quickly. They also made sure we were ok during the stay. It's worth staying if you want a peaceful stay in Larnaca. it's a 3 minute walk to the beach and a quick taxi ride to the main city
