Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Yau Tsim Mong District

Wir hatten eine klasse Zeit in Jiangnings Unterkunft. Die Wohnung entsprach genau der Beschreibung. Vor allem die Aussicht aus Wohn- und Schlafzimmer war wirklich einmalig!!! Hervorzuheben ist auch die Kommunikation mit Jiangning, die immer schnell und hilfreich geantwortet hat. Dass wir beliebig früh ein- und beliebig spät auschecken konnten, war klasse!!! Vielen Dank dafür, Jiangning! Einzig der Zugang zum Gym war etwas schwer. Man muss diesen extra buchen und zahlen, was ohne Smartphone-App nur schwer möglich ist und nur mit Hilfe des Concierge-Personals möglich war. Hier wären in Zukunft bessere Anweisungen hilfreich. Aber alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen!

Akif was the perfect host, with very detailed and quick communications. He was very helpful before our stay to answer our questions. The accommodation was a great size for somewhere so central, with Prince Edward MTR, Nathan Road, and shops/restaurants so close by. Yes it has a lot of stairs to climb, and may look dated vs other places, but it's true HK living and an excellent price for the amount of space and location. Thank you.

Overall positive experience; efficient communication and location of the flat is great for food, drinks, shopping and transport. Accommodation and facilities are as described. Mary and her team are a good hosts. Few tips are the flat has an elevator / lift. It is located above a dim sum/ seafood restaurant. Entrance is near the end of the road. There are parking space for taxi to park (but needs to drive into a tight spot), or drop off opposite the Signal Hill Garden.

We were very happy with Chiyung house as it had provided everything that I need during my trip including washing machine and iron. The house is small and it is suitable for 2 persons. For HK standard, the size is acceptable and comfortable. It is also clean and convenient. The nearest train station is Jordan. Nearby has a few supermarkets, one of them at Jordan Road opens till 1am! There are also many eateries, near Wing On and Yue Hua department store. My favourite place is the open market at Reclamation Street. The house has general medications, facial wash, toothpaste and brush. toiletries, sweets, hand & face tissues, phone cables, power bank, stationeries, raincoats, umbrellas etc. The laundry area is good. I can hang n dry my clothes easily. I would say this is a perfect house for travellers. Thank you Chiyung for hosting. I think you deserve a five stars for being a wonderful host.

My boyfriend and I had such a great stay at the cottage. The smooth communication with Suzie really helped us settle in. The place is right in the nature while steps away from town, truly a dreamy getaway :)

Most of the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, although one concierge working the evening shift seemed a bit moody. However, the apartment itself was clean, and the towels were changed daily, which I greatly appreciated. The staff were always ready to assist and responded promptly whenever I had questions. The location of the apartment is very convenient, situated close to bus stops and only about a 20-minute walk from the train station. It's even closer to the metro stations, approximately 10 to 12-minute walk. Additionally, taxis were available during the day, making it easy to hail one for transportation. Overall, the convenience of the location really stood out to me as a highlight of my stay.

The property is in a modern gated estate which is clean, private and secure. It is a very short short walk from the property to the HKUST (north) bus terminus for light buses, KMB buses and taxis, so has good transport links into the local towns of Po Lam and Hang Hau for local shopping or to connect to the metro lines into the city. The property itself is very spacious and all en-suite, with an additonal couple of guest toilets, and air conditioning is effective throughout. We needed a property with a good kitchen to cook our own meals due to dietary requirements, and the kitchen did not disappoint - it had all that was needed to cook meals for a family of seven. The only thing missing was a dish-washer, but that was a minor point. If arriving at the property by taxi, direct the driver to the back entrance to the estate on University Road (first entrance on the right). Would strongly recommend this excellent property and would not hesitate to stay again.

The place is a bit difficult to find especially when it is dark(a long gravel path and somewhere no street lamps), the village is very rural. The equipment is enough with the large garden with roof and a high pressure hose because I brought a bicycle there; you must need to burn mosquito coils doing something outside. Faye was not there during my stay so I could use the whole floor myself. When the check-in, her mother introduced me to the house and her brother helped me sometimes. And her replies were very fast and helpful!

Polly’s beautiful home is a wonderful respite from our city homes. The house is adequately furnished with all the amenities you need, the beds are comfortable and the sounds of nature wakes you up in the morning. The kitchen is well furnished (stove,oven n microwave) should you be cooking your meals there. Communication with Polly is also fast and efficient. We would love to come back and stay again if the house is available.

Randy’s place was quiet, peaceful, and spacious, particularly by Hong Kong standards. It’s an especially great base if you’re visiting or studying at CUHK and/or hoping to explore or hike in this part of the New Territories. It was exactly what I was looking for, and I look forward to staying here again the next time I’m in HK!

Our family of four had a great stay at Mark’s place. We had just come from a week of bustle in Kowloon so we really enjoyed the quite comfortable home in South Lantau island. The girls liked jumping on the trampoline and being close to nature. The beach was a short walk and really fun. We also had a lot of time to relax and enjoy ourselves. The beds were very comfortable and we slept incredibly well. Mark and Ara were exceptionally responsive and helpful for us. Much appreciated!

This is the perfect place to stay. Quiet neighbourhood, yet close to bus station and tram so easy to get around. The apartment has everything you need, and it was so convieniant. Very friendly host. Would definately recommed !

This apartment is gorgeous, and my fiancee and I had a fantastic time in Hong Kong. The apartment is very spacious for Hong Kong, and my fiancee and I had ample storage space during our 4 nights there. The apartment doesn't have much decoration, but the view of Kowloon and the harbor more than makes up: I'd wake up every morning and just stare out the window (and snap a couple pics). The building is super nice - doormen, marble floors, crystal chandeliers. The pool is a little tricky to get to (you have to swipe into the clubhouse - the first door to your right on the veranda) but is beautiful (just a note: signs will say the pool is closed even when it isn't; always check at the clubhouse just in case.) This is the nicest building I've ever stayed in, and the location is very convenient (about a 30-min walk from the harbor or history museum; right next to the Night & Jade markets, 15-min walk to subway and the bus to Stanley market or Aberdeen - plus a building shuttle to Kowloon station & the airport express). Eric was very easy to communicate with, and we had everything we needed during our stay. Highly recommended for a great experience!

I loved my stay at this Airbnb. I am not usually one to leave reviews but felt I needed to give credit where credit was due. The host was available via text when I had questions and was extremely responsive. The Airbnb was comparable in price to hotels in the area and definitely had far more space than those hotels. I am very happy with my choice and recommend staying here. Thank you!

A home away from home! This is a gorgeous apartment in a brilliantly convenient location to enjoy a great visit to Hong Kong. The apartment had all of the amenities you would possibly need and is very well maintained and clean. The host is extremely responsive - offering friendly and helpful information both before and during our stay. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a place to stay while visiting Hong Kong.

Very communicative host, clean and in my opinion large place (for Hong Kong). The transit options nearby are fantastic. Washer/dryer in unit is also really convenient, bed was comfortable, and the wifi is fast. Highly recommend!
