A great one bedroom apartment located in the leafy neighbourhood of Kingston. The apartment is well appointed, spacious and very clean. I frequently visit Canberra and typically stay in the Braddon area, however, will now opt to stay in this residential serviced apartment and hotel complex. A really lovely and quiet neighbourhood, close to cafes and restaurants and a medium size supermarket. Would absolutely stay here again and plan on doing so next time I’m in Canberra.

Great stay for our family. Don't know that I would describe as 'wabi-sabi style' - pretty much just a nice neat apartment with everything needed. Kids and I enjoyed the pool. Good location to walk to shops/restaurants/supermarkets in city centre.

Doug is super friendly and helpful. The unit itself is so clean and spotless (what I expect from holiday homes) and located in walking distance of Westfield, restaurants, cafes and club which was so convenient. I highly recommend this place for your next holiday home as every dollar you spend on here is totally worth it. First Airbnb since I travelled to Australia from the States and I’m so glad I found this place! The host was super responsive and helpful. The place was clean and organized. Would definitely recommend!!

The unit was amazing - clean comfortable and had every amenity that you could possibly want or need . My only comments would be that only having one key was frustrating . Carpark instructions were confusing ( as to which lift to catch) Lock on the mailbox did not open easily either . Otherwise would highly recommend it to everyone

Harry's apartment was really clean and light and bright. It was well equipped with lots of space. Our car was safe in the parking area and we were never more than half an hour away from anything we wanted to visit Laurel and Steve

The unit’s location is amazing. Walkable to so many highly rated restaurants and a mall with an ADLI. Minutes by car to all the attractions. Secure subterranean parking is included and instructions were excellent, images and narrative, so finding the spot wasn’t a problem but the parking is tight. My small car had no problems, Mazda CX3. The unit was clean, well appointed, great view, quiet, excellent water pressure, comfortable bed and fast WIFI. Highly recommended. Thanks for a great stay Jane.

This place was clean and spacious exactly what we needed for our conference in conversation centre. Parking was handy. Kitchen had everything we needed including bit of spices . Walking distance to the restaurants and shopping centre.

This apartment is in a fantastic location, looking out over the lake and close to the amenities of the Foreshore. It is well-appointed and very comfortable and has beautiful fixtures and fittings and lots of lovely thoughtful extras. Lisa was very helpful and responded quickly to all our queries. We would love to visit again!

It was so sweet staying at the family home of Cesar. He and his family were away and had instructions for me to collect the keys very easily. Cesar was proactive in his communication and made recommendations for local shops which was so thoughtful of him. The home has a warmth of family in it which I loved. I felt trusted and welcomed. The bed was super comfy, it was so nice and quiet and dark to get a good sleep and I had everything I needed to cook and rest. thank you for having me Cesar and family!

Feel relaxed and pleasant in this house, the small design of the front yard is beautiful and concise, and the room is very comfortable to rest.It is a good turnaround base while visiting around Canberra.
