Vacation rentals with lake access in Yarmouth County

This stay was perfect for winter accommodations. My boyfriend, our dogs, and myself were looking for a “cabin weekend” in Maine and Sydney’s home couldn’t have been better. It had plenty of room for our dogs to run, cozy places to relax, and most importantly it was quiet. I absolutely loved the pellet stove and how easy it was to operate when we sat down for the evening to watch movies. We really got to experience off-season Maine to its fullest. I will definitely have Sydney’s place in mind when we plan a summer vacation for friends. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

Lovely cozy, private cabin with a 10-15 minute drive to Annapolis Royal. The kitchen was small but nice and clean. Bathrooms were spacious and clean as well. The beds were comfortable and extra linens were available. The whole place was very dog friendly with included bowls and beds. We loved the wood burning stove in the living room and had a wonderful stay with friends and our pup despite all the rain. John was an excellent host and provided info about the area and was great to deal with and accomodating during both check-in and check-out.

Beautiful spot inside and out. The home is well equipped and spacious. Check in was a breeze and Shelly was very responsive. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms are large and had lots of towels. The back deck is lovely with a great view of the lake. Close to town.

Jackie's place was just perfect for me and my friend and was exactly as described. There are new windows so it was nice and warm even when strong winds were blowing. Jackie was so gracious and provided a lovely snack basket. The kitchen items were top quality and she thought of everything one might need. She even provides multiple steaming services if you want to chill and watch a movie or tv show. Bedding was comfy, clean and warm. Bathroom was clean with thick towels and hreat water pressure. Absolutely nothing bad to say here. I would move right in if it was for sale! :)

We felt lucky to find a place so close to the beautiful Kejimkujik National Park!! The yard is huge and beautiful with a lovely walk down to the lake. Comfortable beds, nice hot water, easy to control the temperature in the house. Only negatives; upstairs bathroom only has a tub, kayaks need some work.

Susan was the manager, but the “real” hosts were the owners, Brenda and Mike. Just really friendly, kind, helpful and down to earth. Felt absolutely at home. The kitchen is extremely well stocked with all sorts of condiments and spices. I promise you won’t be needing anything. Lots of nice clean dishes, appliances, etc. The place itself is outstanding in its location on the waters edge. The WiFi isn’t maybe the most reliable with a full house, but it’s adequate. Besides, LOOK at the photos, it’s stunning on the pond.

We had an amazing stay at Riley and Ryan’s lake house for my mom’s 50th birthday. The house had everything we needed to make our weekend both relaxing and fun. The space was clean, cozy, and perfectly stocked with all the essentials. The location was beautiful, and we loved being able to spend quality time with family in such a peaceful setting. It truly felt like a home away from home. Thank you for providing such a wonderful getaway spot!

Beautiful spot. Super clean. Greats hosts and most importantly extremely comfortable beds! We stayed here while working on our cottage and it was exactly what we needed. Lots of room, and quiet with beds that I passed out in as soon as my head hit the pillow. Never happens to me. In fact I was a few minutes late from checkout because I slept in. Will be back soon!

We were so pleased with our stay! Beautiful location, wonderful sandy bottom lake, privacy, comfort, very well equipped kitchen. We will definitely book again!

Camp Chickadee was a beautiful and peaceful retreat. Greatly enjoyed the scenery and wildlife of Molasses Pond. Instructions and information for the stay, check-in and check-out were very clear and Ron was proactive in reaching out prior to stay. Appreciated the local recommendations for the area, as well as the kayaks for exploring the pond. Was a great base for exploring Acadia National Park while having a scenic and private retreat to come back to at the end of the day. Looking forward to visiting Eastbrook again in the future!

What a gem! Has everything you need. Clean, quiet and just a perfect getaway. Will be back next season!

We felt like we had a break from the world. It was peaceful, very cozy, charming, and comfortable. We slept like babies, even though it was cooler weather and we had to put wood in the stove for heat (something we enjoyed immensely). Kitchen was reasonably equipped, so we just cooked our own meals. If you’re ok with a few bugs and spiders here and there (nothing dangerous), you’ll love it. We plan to be back.

The A-frame cabin has a beautiful lakeside view. While it was a little small for our family of 5 and forced us to unplug, there were many delightful details to our stay like arriving to thoughtful snacks and produce prepared for our stay and discovery of some of the small local businesses. Nathalie was an extremely proactive and communicative host, even checking in around navigating the Thanksgiving holiday and severe weather event we hadn’t expected during our travel. She made our stay very comfortable.

This is a beautiful little cabin tucked beside a lake and forest. There is an indoor wood fire place that keeps the cottage toasty warm. The sauna, which is a short walk from the cabin, is a perfect extra touch of warmth to ward off the cold temps of January. The BBQ worked well, the bed was comfortable and the view spectacular. Peter was responsive and easy to communicate with. He went above and beyond to ensure the trip was a pleasant one. Thank you Peter for your efforts they didn't go unnoticed.

Lovely timberframe cottage on a friendly farm. Great views and close to Acadia National Park. Highly recommended.
