Wonderful place, very close to the historic centre and the food market but so peaceful! I cannot recommend this casa highly enough, it was a wonderful place to stay with everything we needed and more. peaceful courtyard, covered outside seating area, well equipped kitchen, great shower, spacious rooms with beautiful stylish art. Met by lovely hosts. Highly recommend. I was sad to leave. Wonderful.

A very peaceful and private place, it has places to go out to eat and walk, the treatment is always friendly and willing to help us, we loved it.

We had a super good experience, the house is very comfortable and nice, each room has TV, and its own equipped bathroom. The house has a terrace with a very nice view. Ana's attention at the distance was always kind and timely, and Fabiola was very attentive and gave us immediate response to any questions or queries. They were very considerate of us and gave us flexibility when entering as to leave, we would definitely return.

Very nice and helpful hosts. Apartment as described, clean with basic equipment. In the building are  more apartments for rent and large tarrace for shared use. 

The apartment is well located, the only thing is that you have to have a physical because it is 5 floors without an elevator 😅 But the view is very nice and the apartment is very complete Very comfortable, recommended

Very nice stay at Alberth place. Very well equipped. Close to historic center. It is very comfortable with the separate room and the working area. I had an amazing stay!

This is the second time we stayed at this place and everything was great. The apartment had everything you need and is well located.

I stayed for one full month and I was very satisfied. The apartment is of good quality, and David is a great host. The electricity, water, and internet are all reliable, and the furniture is comfortable. There is a shared rooftop which is a nice little spot to relax, and you can do laundry there. The location is fine, but not great, as there is not much of interest here, and you get a lot of noise from the road. But the location is convenient; there are a few gyms within 5 minute walk, supermarkets within 5-10 minutes, and the tourist sites are 20 minutes away. It feels safe, even at night for me, so I was happy to walk everywhere. I would definitely recommend it, and I would stay there again.

😀i liked the place ,it is quiet , it has everything equipped,and above all it is comfortable,for all this it is worth the price one pays. 😔what I did not think ,is that I do not mention that the road was closed for maintenance, so it takes us more than an hour to access the accommodation ;and it was still difficult since I was with 2 people of the 4th age. one of the rooms had no light and requires maintenance in cables and bathroom entrance,not so alarming but it would be nice to be improved out of all that ,I really liked the place.

The place is in a safe, walkable area with a beautiful rooftop terrace and large, full kitchen. Leo was a great host and quick to respond to any of our needs. Highly recommend!

The apartment is as described, the area is safe and Carlos responds super quickly, I thank him very much for having given us access facilities before checking, it is a gesture that we will have present in future visits to Arequipa.

This is my favorite Airbnb in Peru (and I've stayed in over 20)! Johana and James are impeccable hosts, always attentive and going above and beyond the ask. The apartment is beautifully decorated - the lighting is among the best I've seen in Airbnbs around the world. It was clearly done with careful thought. The apartment is in a large complex, but you never feel there are a lot of people so there's always lots of privacy. The showers are great, the laundry works well, and there's ample room for drying. But most of all, it's the kind hospitality of Johana and James that will leave you wanting to stay longer.

Very good host. The accommodation is close to Yanahuara Square, the Misti viewpoint, different tourist restaurants and shopping centers. Everything is perfect.

It was a great place to stay! We loved the place because it was spacious and close to everything. The views were beautiful & it was quiet at night. Ernesto was so kind and helpful.
